    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric tool and a control method thereof. The electric tool comprises a walking unit and a working unit, wherein the walking unit comprises a walking assembly, a walking control assembly, and a walking switch assembly; the working unit comprises a working assembly, a working control assembly, and a working switch assembly; when at least one of the walking switch assembly and the working switch assembly is turned on, at least one of the walking control assembly and the working control assembly receives a lock signal; and when the walking switch assembly and the working switch assembly are both turned on, and then the switch assembly corresponding to the control assembly that receives the lock signal remains on, at that time the control assembly that receives the lock signal simultaneously controls the walking assembly and the working assembly to work.

    Abstract: A vehicle door checker integrated with a power drive unit for an automobile door includes a direct current permanent magnet electric motor subject to cogging torque. The electric motor includes a central shaft. The vehicle door checker also includes a cogging torque increase device that is mounted to the central shaft externally of the motor. The cogging torque increase device includes pairs of oppositely magnetized permanent magnets that are mounted coaxially in a stator and rotor respectively about the motor shaft. The stator magnets and the rotor magnets shift into and out of alignment with each other as the shaft is rotated such that the motor is held in multiple discrete stable positions that correspond to check positions of an automobile door.

    Abstract: A robotic system is proposed whereby the system comprises drivers which integrate the power switches and communications electronics for communicating over power lines or wirelessly or over another shared communications channel. In a robotic system comprising such drivers, one or more central controllers communicate with at least one actuator driver across a communications channel, wherein the communications channel is subject to interference caused by an actuator, and wherein at least one of the communication and the operation of the actuators is modified in anticipation of interference occurring such that reliable communication can be assured.

    Abstract: A motor control device for a machine tool having a plurality of axes includes a plurality of motor control units that control motors; an abnormality detection unit provided for at least one of the motor control units and configured to output an abnormality detection signal upon detecting an abnormality with respect to the axis driven by the motor controlled by the motor control unit provided with the abnormality detection unit; a safety operation control unit provided for a motor control unit that is not the motor control unit provided with the abnormality detection unit, the safety operation control unit configured to control the motor upon receiving the abnormality detection signal in such a way that the tool comes out of contact with the workpiece; and a communication unit that transmits the abnormality detection signal outputted by the abnormality detection unit to the safety operation control unit.
