    摘要: A friction clutch for coupling a drive shaft of a motor vehicle engine to a transmission input shaft of a motor vehicle transmission includes a lamina, an axially movable contact plate, and a plurality of friction disks. The lamina has a first friction surface facing in a first axial direction, and a second friction surface facing in a second axial direction, opposite the first axial direction. The contact plate has a plurality of holders arranged to hold the lamina. Each of the holders forms a positive connection with the lamina in the circumferential direction, and each of the first friction surface and the second friction surface is frictionally connectible to a friction disk to transmit torque. A first friction disk is arranged to be positioned between a counter plate and the lamina, and a second friction disk is positioned between the lamina and the contact plate.

    摘要: A clutch plate assembly includes a central axis, a clutch plate with a first friction surface and a radially outer depressed portion, and a friction material ring. The friction material ring is bonded to the first friction surface and extends radially outside of the first friction surface such that an outer portion of the friction material ring is axially aligned with the clutch plate radially outer depressed portion. In an example embodiment, the first friction surface is disposed at an acute angle to a plane orthogonal to the central axis. In some example embodiments, the first friction surface is conical. In an example embodiment, the radially outer depressed portion is conical and axially offset from the first friction surface. In an example embodiment, the radially outer depressed portion is manufactured by machining, stamping, or coining.

    摘要: A clutch apparatus includes a clutch drum and a band. The clutch drum includes spline large-diameter portions protruding outward in a radial direction of the clutch drum and spline small-diameter portions protruding inward in the radial direction. The spline large-diameter portions and the spline small-diameter portions are arranged alternately in a circumferential direction of the clutch drum. The band is wound around an outer peripheral portion of the clutch drum, and is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The spline large-diameter portions are provided with a protrusion protruding outward in the radial direction. The band includes a recessed portion with which the protrusion is engaged. The recessed portion is provided at a position at which the recessed portion faces the protrusion.
