    摘要： The circuit breaker interlock arrangement of the invention utilizes a pair of detector assemblies, one mounted on the rear surface of each one of a pair of first and second adjoining circuit breakers and interconnected by means of an elongated rod. The operating mechanism tripping plunger rod in the first circuit breaker trips the associated first circuit breaker operating mechanism to open the first circuit breaker contacts when an attempt is made to close the first circuit breaker contacts when the second circuit breaker contacts in the second circuit breaker are already closed, and vice versa.

    摘要： High voltage fuses are mounted on individual carriers for movement into and out of engagement with stationary contacts under the control of a carriage that can be connected to any or all of the carriers. Switches are arranged to connect any or all of the fuses in circuits. A locking bolt holds each fuse carrier in closed position and can be moved to locking position only when the fuse carrier is closed. Interlocks between the fuse carriers and operators for the switches prevent opening the carrier when the switches are closed and closure of the switches when the carriers are open.

    摘要： Metallic housing for pad-mounted high voltage switches and fuses has sliding top panel which must be shifted forward or back to permit removal of back and front sliding access panels. A lock prevents movement of the top panel from overlying relation to the front and rear panels. Fuses are mounted in a drawer which is locked closed and can only be opened when the lock under the top panel is uncovered. Access to the manual operator for the switch assembly or assemblies is accessible only when the top panel is shifted back. A mechanical maze construction between exposed movable panels reduces likelihood of entrance of wire and the like.

    摘要： A magnetic HVIL system for a drive in a transport application includes a Hall effect sensor within at least one housing of the drive that includes terminals and a removable cover. The removable cover includes a magnet having a magnetic field that is detectable by the Hall effect sensor when the removable cover is installed on the housing. The magnetic field of the magnet is not detectable by the Hall effect sensor when the removable cover is removed from the housing. The magnet HVIL system is configured to be operable to enable active operation of the drive when the Hall effect sensor detects the magnetic field of the magnet and is in a closed circuit condition and disable operation of the drive when the Hall effect sensor does not detect the magnetic field of the magnet and is in an open circuit condition.
