    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor circuit breaker, and more specifically, to a semiconductor circuit breaker provided with a detachable interface module. The semiconductor circuit breaker, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises: a circuit breaker main body connected to a main circuit and provided with a module receiving unit on the outer surface thereof; and an interface module provided independently from the circuit breaker main body and detachably coupled to the module receiving unit. The circuit breaker main body comprises: a terminal cover rotatably coupled to a terminal unit of the circuit breaker main body; and an interlock member provided to the circuit breaker main body and restricting or releasing the opening of the terminal cover. The interface module comprises an interlock driving unit for operating the interlock member.

    摘要: An air-blowing tripping mechanism that is driven by gas, and includes a housing having a sealing cavity with an air-blowing channel blocked by an insulating partition plate that is blown by the gas to move, whereby the gas enters the sealing cavity, and a push rod rotationally connected to the housing. The push rod includes a rotating arm rotationally connected aside of the sealing cavity, and a reset arm. One end of the rotating arm has an operating portion opposite to an operating mechanism of a circuit breaker, and the other end of the rotating arm has an air-blowing end that extends into the sealing cavity, is located on one side of the insulating partition plate and can drive the rotating arm to rotate under the action of the gas. The reset arm is on the rotating arm and used for driving the push rod to reset.

    摘要: A high-voltage circuit breaker system has a rapid disconnection function that results in an opening, closing, and reopening movement of a contact system. A circuit breaker having the contact system and a drive system that is mechanically connected to the contact system. The drive system includes a drive unit and, in addition to the drive unit, a drive shaft that is designed as a crankshaft. The crankshaft is connected to a mobile contact of the contact system via a push rod, and the cycle of opening, closing, and reopening movement of the contact system results from a unidirectional rotational movement of the crankshaft.

    摘要: A circuit breaker, comprising a housing, an operation assembly, an arc extinguishing device, and a transmission mechanism. The housing has, in a first direction, a bottom and a top opposite to each other, an accommodation portion recessed from the top to the bottom, and an accommodation cavity semi-surrounding the accommodation portion; a rotating wheel and a movable contact connected to the rotating wheel are provided in the accommodation cavity close to the top and adjacent to the accommodation portion in a second direction, wherein the first direction intersects the second direction; the operation assembly is rotatably and detachably connected to the top of the housing; the arc extinguishing device comprises an arc extinguishing chamber located in the accommodation cavity and close to the bottom of the housing. The circuit breaker can avoid interference between the transmission mechanism and other components while increasing the size of the arc extinguishing chamber.
