Abstract: This application provides a powertrain, a coolant flow rate estimation method, and an electric vehicle. Coolant in a first cooling loop of the powertrain is configured to cool an inverter. An electronic pump drives the coolant to circulate in the first cooling loop. When a phase current of a motor is greater than or equal to a preset current value, a controller determines a rotation speed of the electronic pump at a first moment as a first rotation speed, and determines a coolant flow rate at the first moment based on a temperature at a first position in the first cooling loop, a temperature at a second position in the inverter, and a power loss of the inverter. In the solution of this application, data does not need to be separately calibrated for different thermal management systems. This reduces time consumed by data calibration and improves practicability.

Abstract: An electronic mechanical brake system and a vehicle. The electronic mechanical brake system includes a brake pedal, an electronic brake mechanism, a mechanical brake mechanism, a brake, and a switch mechanism with a first state and a second state. The electronic brake mechanism includes a controller and an electronic signal sensor. The controller, the electronic signal sensor, and the brake are electrically connected. When the switch mechanism is in the first state, the electronic signal sensor is configured to receive a braking signal of the brake pedal and transmit the braking signal to the controller. The controller controls the brake to brake based on the braking signal. The electronic mechanical brake system can improve driving safety. In addition, reliability of the mechanical brake system is high, and costs are low.

Abstract: A converter circuit is provided in this application, which includes a capacitor module and a balance module. The capacitor module includes at least a first capacitor and a second capacitor. The balance module includes at least a first resonant circuit. The first resonant circuit includes at least two switch groups connected in parallel and a first resonant cavity bridged between the two switch groups. The first capacitor and the second capacitor are connected in series. The first resonant circuit is separately bridged between two ends of the first capacitor and between two ends of the second capacitor. The balance module controls each switch in the first resonant circuit, so that each switch works with the first resonant cavity to affect a current, to balance a voltage between the two ends of the first capacitor and a voltage between the two ends of the second capacitor.

Abstract: A method for controlling heating of a motor includes: obtaining a heating target temperature value; determining, based on the heating target temperature value, a heating motor that needs to generate heat from a plurality of motors of a multi-motor drive system and heat generation power of the heating motor; and sending a first control instruction to the heating motor. The first control instruction is used to respectively input harmonic currents to three phases of windings of the motor, so that the heating motor generates heat based on the heat generation power. In this way the heating target temperature value is obtained. Therefore, the quantity of heating motors can be flexibly controlled to generate sufficient heat generation power.

Abstract: This application relates to a brake apparatus. The brake apparatus is connected to a rotating part. The brake apparatus includes a housing connected to the rotating part, a brake part, a transmission part, a drive part, a gain mechanism, and a compensation mechanism. The drive part drives, by using the transmission part, the brake part to move along a direction close to or away from the rotating part for braking and braking release. A moving member of the compensation mechanism is connected to the gain mechanism, and a transmission member of the compensation mechanism is connected to the drive part, to drive the gain mechanism to move along a direction close to the brake part. Such a design improves resetting efficiency of the brake part, and compensation is performed by using a mechanical structure, which helps simplify a structure of the brake apparatus and better meets an actual use requirement.

Abstract: This application provides a thermal management system and an electric vehicle. The thermal management system includes a battery water circuit and a seat water circuit. The battery water circuit includes a cooling water pump and a battery cooling/heating plate connected through a cooling water pipe. The seat water circuit has a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end. The liquid inlet end is connected between a liquid outlet of the cooling water pump and a liquid inlet of the battery cooling/heating plate through a seat water pipe and the cooling water pipe, and the liquid outlet end is connected between a liquid inlet of the cooling water pump and a liquid outlet of the battery cooling/heating plate through the seat water pipe and the cooling water pipe. The seat water circuit can be cooled by using the battery water circuit, to improve energy efficiency of the thermal management system.
