    Abstract: The present description provides a method for transmitting a scheduling request (SR) in a low-capability (LC) or low-cost (LC) device. The method can comprise a step for receiving an upper layer signal comprising an SR subframe offset and an SR transmission period. The upper layer signal can further comprise information about the number of repetitions. Also, the method can comprise the steps of: determining, on the basis of the SR transmission period and SR subframe offset, a subframe on which the SR is to be transmitted; determining the number of repeated transmissions of the SR on the basis of the information; and transmitting the SR on the determined subframe. The SR can repeatedly be transmitted on a plurality of subframes that begin from the determined subframe.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting an uplink signal is discussed. The method performed by a narrowband-internet of things (NB-IoT) device includes determining a time resource unit based on an uplink subcarrier spacing for transmitting the uplink signal; and transmitting the uplink signal on the time resource unit to a base station. Further, the time resource unit includes one or more slots including a plurality of symbols, based on the uplink subcarrier spacing, a predetermined time period in the one or more slots is not used for the transmission of the uplink signal, and the uplink carrier spacing includes 3.75 kHz.

    Abstract: A transmission or reception method for a terminal, for which a pair of an uplink spectrum and a downlink spectrum have been configured, in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving subframe configuration information to be applied in an uplink spectrum or a downlink spectrum from a network; and performing a transmission or reception operation in the uplink spectrum or the downlink spectrum by using the received subframe configuration, wherein the subframe configuration indicates a downlink-related operation in the uplink spectrum or indicates an uplink-related operation in the downlink spectrum, and the subframe configuration is included in downlink control information received in a spectrum, in which the transmission or reception operation will be performed, or another spectrum.
