    摘要: A building apparatus for a residential or commercial building that includes a prefabricated wall panel and a horizontal beam mounted on a top of the prefabricated wall panel. The prefabricated wall panel includes a first concrete block, a second concrete block, and an insulation panel sandwiched between the two concrete blocks. A plurality of spaced-apart hollow tubes extend between the top side and the bottom side of the prefabricated wall panel and each tube has a flange at its a periphery. The tubes reinforce the first concrete block, and the flanges are supported on the top side of the wall. The horizontal beam is fastened to these flanges. The prefabricated wall panel further includes a U-shape beam that extends from the top side to the bottom side and is positioned at or near the left side or the right side of the prefabricated wall panel. A plurality of slings spaced apart run along a length of the U-shape beam and can provide for assembling two wall panels.

    摘要: A continuous FRP composite fiber truss shear connector is provided. The connector includes two folding line segments I and multiple folding line segments II. Multiple folding line segments II are connected in sequence end to end, and the two folding line segments I are respectively connected to the head end of the first folding line segment II and the tail end of the last folding line segment II; and the included angle between the adjacent folding line segments II is 20°-140°. The present disclosure achieves the rigid connection strength of walls, and can cut off thermal bridge connection so as to greatly improve the thermal insulation efficiency of precast concrete sandwich panels.

    摘要: An insulation medium invention includes a plurality of microspheres. Each microsphere comprises a porous core comprising a porous core material and having an exterior surface, a gas within the porous core, and a coating layer coating all of the exterior surface of the porous core. The coating layer comprises a coating material which transitions from a first state to a second state. In the first state, the coating material is permeable to the gas. In the second state the material is impermeable to the gas. The coating material in the second state is configured to encapsulate and maintain partial vacuum of the gas inside the porous core. In one embodiment, in the second state the coating is impermeable to air. Insulated structures, a method of making an insulation medium, a fluid storage media, and a method of delivering a fluid are also disclosed.

A method of forming the panel to be used as a floor, wall, or roof structure includes positioning one or more forming members within a casting bed having a plurality of upright surfaces defining a generally rectangular interior area, the one or more forming members comprising an insulating material extending along a length dimension of the one or more forming members to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship, placing uncured concrete within the casting bed and allowing the concrete to cover the one or more forming members and substantially fill the channels, and allowing the concrete to cure.

    摘要: A stripping lifting insert is provided for precast insulated panels having an insulating material layer between opposing wythes, the insulating material layer, wythes, and precast insulated panel having respective widths. The stripping lifting insert includes an elongated connecting shaft having a shaft axis. First and second spaced apart wythe engagement members are connected to the connecting shaft in spaced apart relation to each other. Each wythe engagement member includes a hub and a plurality of three or more protrusions connected to and emanating from hub. Each of the protrusions extending radially outward from the shaft axis. The wythe engagement members have a height less than the width of the wythes, whereby each wythe engagement member can be completely embedded in a respective wythe of the precast insulated panel. A precast insulated panel and a method of making a precast insulated panel are also disclosed.
