Abstract: Provided are an analysis evaluation method and device, and a computer program for the state of a subject surface in a still image. The method includes: a step of acquiring color information of each pixel in a predetermined region in a still image, a step of calculating a numerical value indicating a diversity of color from the acquired color information, a step of calculating an average value of the color information, and a step of calculating a coefficient of variation on the basis of the calculated numerical value indicating the diversity of color and the calculated average value of the color information. Herein, the coefficient of variation is used as an index for evaluating the surface state of an object.

Abstract: A bagworm silk thread spun on a base material was conventionally difficult to be collected, and thus, cannot be utilized. An object of the present invention is to develop and provide a method in which such a bagworm silk thread is peeled off from a base material with a weak force without being damaged and is collected as a thread bundle.
Provided is a method for producing a thread bundle of a bagworm silk thread, including: applying, to a bagworm silk thread spun on the surface of a base material, a wetting liquid which presents a liquid form at least in the range of 20° C. or more and less than 30° C. and does not damage, denature, or dissolve the silk thread; and then separating the bagworm silk thread from the base material.-

Abstract: Provided is an information processing method configured to further accurately calculate an absorption spectrum of blood based on light applied to a living body such as a human finger. Abstract: A method and device for evaluating the dynamics of a tear fluid layer to objectively and accurately evaluate breakdown of the tear fluid layer, which is a core mechanism of dry eye, are provided. The method includes a step of acquiring color information of each pixel in a predetermined region of a tear fluid layer interference fringe image, which is a moving image or a plurality of static images, a step of calculating a numerical value indicating the diversity of color from the acquired color information, a step of calculating the average value of the color information, and a step of calculating a coefficient of variation on the basis of the calculated numerical value indicating the diversity of color and the calculated average value of the color information. The coefficient of variation is used as an index for evaluating the dynamics of the tear fluid layer.
