Abstract: Proposed are a method for producing a patient-customized pessary using a 3D printer and a patient-customized pessary produced thereby and, more specifically, a method for producing a patient-customized pessary using a 3D printer, for forming a pessary so as to correspond to the shape of a patient's vagina, and a patient-customized pessary produced thereby. The method for producing a patient-customized pessary using a 3D printer, comprises a) deriving the shape of a patient's vagina; b) 3D-modeling the shape of a pessary corresponding to the derived shape of the patient's vagina; and c) producing the pessary in the 3D-modeled shape by means of a 3D printer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a kidney organoid having a nephron-like structure and a production method therefor. A kidney organoid culture system using kidney dECM hydrogels according to the present invention induced the vascularization of the kidney organoid and the expression of podocytes, tubular transporters, and cilium genes, and has an effect of forming a more mature nephron-like structure. Therefore, the kidney organoid produced by the method of the present invention is an option for treating nephron loss through transplantation into humans, and is expected to be utilized as a kidney on a chip, which is an in vitro kidney model.

Abstract: A lung phantom unit for radiotherapy according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may arrange, at a location not affected by a magnetic field, a phantom driving cylinder and a driving device which may move a lung mimic and a tumor mimic in a lung simulation block. The lung phantom unit may be used for general purpose even as a phantom for MRI-based and CT image-based radiotherapy. Since lung and tumor motions are implemented by air injection, it may be possible to precisely measure the motion and volume change of a lung according to subtle changes in air pressure so that customized radiotherapy suitable for a patient having various breathing patterns is possible.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition which is for preventing or treating bone diseases and includes CCR2 as an active ingredient. It was confirmed that a C—C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2) protein, a polynucleotide encoding the CCR2 protein, or a mesenchymal stem cell transduced with the CCR2 according to the present invention neutralize bone disease factor MCP-1, thereby reducing the collagen epitope (CTX-II) and collagen metabolism factors (MMP1 and MMP3) relating to collagen absorption in the body. In addition, it was confirmed that the expression of the SOX9 gene and anti-inflammatory cytokines (TGF-β and IL-10) related to cartilage differentiation was significantly increased. Thus, the present invention has excellent regenerative ability against osteoarthritis and excellent pain suppression and alleviation effects, and thus can be effectively used for preventing or treating bone diseases such as osteoarthritis.
