    Abstract: A resource allocation method according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: allocating a signal of an external resource to a predetermined resource according to a preconfigured resource allocation frame structure by a first base station governing a first cell; allocating a signal of an internal resource to the resource according to the resource allocation frame structure by a second base station governing a second cell adjacent to the first cell; and frequency-hopping the signal of the internal resource by the second base station when the signal of the internal resource overlaps the signal of the external resource. Accordingly, proposed is a resource allocation method capable of stably receiving a signal even when a terminal moving in a dense small cell structure is located at a cell edge, that is, an inter-cell boundary area.

    Abstract: A method for searching for an alternative link by a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving from a serving link base station service information comprising a target quality value of a service to be provided to a terminal; determining whether or not a first alternative link is to be searched for on the basis of a reference scheduling quality value, which is to be used for scheduling the terminal in the future by the serving link base station, and the target quality value; if the first alternative link has been determined to be searched for, searching for candidate base stations for establishing the first alternative link; and establishing the first alternative link in a deactivation mode of unicast data transmission/reception with a first candidate base station among the candidate base stations.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a handover method between heterogeneous wireless communication techniques and a device for same. A wireless access device is capable of: transmitting to a terminal condition information related to conditions required for the terminal to carry out a predetermined reporting action; establishing wireless connection with the terminal, when a request from the terminal due to the reporting action has been received; providing to a network controller of a core network a message according to the reporting action; receiving from the network controller context information of the terminal for establishing security and data bearers; establishing a data bearer for each data flow to be handed over by using the context information, when a request for data transmission/reception according to the handover has been received from the terminal; and receiving data from the terminal.

    Abstract: A method for providing scalable service in a wireless communication system is disclosed. In this method, the transmitting side device transmits base layer signals and enhancement layer signals for one scalable service to a user equipment (UE) based on a HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) scheme. The base layer signals can be independently used at the UE without the enhancement layer signals. On the other hand, the enhancement layer signals cannot be used at the UE without the base layer signals. The transmitting side device also retransmits the base layer signals before a retransmission of the enhancement layer signals when there are both of the base layer signals and the enhancement layer signals to be retransmitted based on the HARQ scheme.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and device for performing channel estimation in a wireless communication system. Specifically, user equipment receives a control channel in the first symbol of a plurality of symbols received for a short TTI (sTTI) set to be shorter than a TTI. The user equipment receives a data channel scheduled by the control channel in the remaining symbols other than the first symbol of the plurality of symbols received in the sTTI. The user equipment receives a user equipment (UE)-specific reference signal having the same frequency resource as a first cell-specific reference signal received in the TTI in the first symbol. The first cell-specific reference signal is received subsequent to the UE-specific reference signal, and the UE-specific reference signal is received in the sTTI. The user equipment decodes the control channel or the data channel using the UE-specific reference signal.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a signal that includes the steps of: determining the beam width of a beam to be transmitted; determining, on the basis of the beam width, relative narrowband transmit power (RNTP) information indicating whether a transmission power of at least a predetermined critical value is transmitted to a predetermined resource block; transmitting the RNTP information to an adjacent cell; and transmitting the generated beam to the resource block according to the RNTP information. Also provided is a method for configuring an RNTP value for controlling inter-cell interference in a communication system.
