Abstract: A set of rough prediction modes including a MPM subset is determined for a code block during image encoding. A first prediction mode having a mode cost less than a first threshold is selected from the set of rough prediction modes, and a second prediction mode having a mode cost less than a second threshold is selected from the MPM subset. A candidate mode subset is determined based on mode types of prediction modes contained in the set of rough prediction modes and a ranking result of mode costs of the prediction modes, when the mode cost of the first prediction mode is different from the mode cost of the second prediction mode. A target prediction mode is determined for the code block from the candidate mode subset. The code block is encoded with the target prediction mode.

Abstract: A method, an electronic device and a readable storage medium for creating a label marking model are disclosed. According to an embodiment, the method for creating the label marking model includes: obtaining text data and determining a word or phrase to be marked in the text data; according to the word or phrase to be marked, constructing a first training sample of the text data corresponding to a word or phrase replacing task and a second training sample corresponding to a label marking task; training a neural network model with a plurality of the first training samples and a plurality of the second training samples, respectively, until a loss function of the word or phrase replacing task and a loss function of the label marking task satisfy a preset condition, to obtain the label marking model. The technical solution may improve the accuracy of the label marking model.

Abstract: This present application discloses a method and apparatus for synchronizing data in a robot operating system. A specific implementation of the method includes: detecting an operation on data being transmitted between communication processes, wherein the operation includes at least one of updating the data, deleting the data, and storing the data; determining whether the data are persistent data, in response to positively detecting an operation on the data being transmitted between the communication processes; and transmitting a change message of the data to communication processes other than the communication processes in response to positively determining that the data are persistent data. In the embodiment, the persistent data may always remain consistent across the communication processes.
