Abstract: One embodiment of the present disclosure provides an extracellular matrix-based hybrid ink for 3D printing, the hybrid ink including an extracellular matrix having an amine group and a modified hyaluronic acid introduced with an ethylenically unsaturated bond functional group, in which the extracellular matrix and the modified hyaluronic acid are in a crosslinked state by a chemical bond formed between at least some of amine groups present in the extracellular matrix and the ethylenically unsaturated bond functional group present in the modified hyaluronic acid. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the hybrid ink has mechanical properties suitable for 3D printing through chemical crosslinking between the extracellular matrix and modified hyaluronic acid as constituents, and can control the drug release rate by adjusting the chemical crosslinking density.

Abstract: A system for noise-resistant quantum communication using hyperentanglement includes a quantum system that includes a plurality of qubits, a processor, and a memory. The memory includes instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by the processor, cause the quantum system to access a signal of a quantum system that includes a plurality of qubits and obtain hyperentanglement of the plurality of qubits via an entanglement source. The hyperentanglement of the plurality of qubits is in at least two dimensions, including a first dimension and a second dimension. The instructions, when executed, further cause the quantum system to transmit the hyperentangled plurality of qubits via a communication channel; perform a communication of the signal with the first dimension of the at least two dimensions; and filter results of the communicated signal based on the second dimension of the at least two dimensions.

Abstract: A target detection method according to the present disclosure includes generating a range-velocity map from a radar signal of an MPSK-MIMO FMCW radar, detecting a plurality of target signals including a real target signal and a ghost target signal for a target with respect to a velocity axis, estimating an angle of arrival of the target by applying a Capon beamforming algorithm to a target detection result, configuring a phase sequence by extracting phase values for the plurality of target signals from the range-velocity map and arranging the phase values in descending order of velocity value, and arranging differently a plurality of prediction phase values derived using the angle of arrival according to a preset rule to obtain a plurality of candidate phase sequences, and calculating a correlation coefficient between the phase sequence and the plurality of candidate phase sequences and identifying a real target signal in the range-velocity map.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a combination use of a novel Lactobacillus plantarum IMB19 strain and/or polysaccharides derived from the strain with an anticancer drug for preventing or treating tumors. The novel Lactobacillus plantarum IMB19 strain and polysaccharides derived from the strain of the present invention exhibit an excellent ability to stimulate CD8+T cell activity and exhibit excellent Treg cell inhibitory activity, and stimulate and improve antitumor immune response through various mechanisms such as increased macrophage infiltration in CPS tumors and differentiation and reprogramming of macrophages into an inflammatory phenotype (M1). Furthermore, the strain and the polysaccharides may significantly increase antitumor immune response when administered in combination with an anticancer drug, particularly an immuno-anticancer drug such as a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor (e.g., a PD-1 antibody, a PD-L1 antibody, or the like), and exhibit a remarkable tumor growth suppression effect compared to the case of using the anticancer drug alone. Therefore, the present invention can be effectively used to prevent, relieve, or treat tumors through administration in combination with various anticancer drugs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a GB1 domain fusion structure for upregulating recombinant protein expression in plants and, more specifically, to a GB1 domain fusion structure in which the GB1 domain of Streptococcus-derived protein G is fused with a target protein to be expressed in an upregulated manner, and a method for upregulating expression of a recombinant protein by using same. The present invention can bring about a reduced risk of contamination by pathogens and a high production yield, compared to the case of employing animal cells or microbes conventionally established to produce recombinant proteins, and a remarkable improvement in recombinant protein output, compared to the conventional case of employing plants. Thus, the present invention has several advantages in terms of quality and economy and thus can be a very competitive production method in the commercial production of recombinant proteins.
