Abstract: The present invention relates to NR communication. A method for a user equipment provided with a plurality of panels or antennas to transmit an uplink signal to a plurality of transmission reception points (TRPs) comprises the steps of: receiving Downlink Control Indicators (DCI) including first to n-th field values; and transmitting identical uplink data to the plurality of TRPs by using the same number of antenna ports on the basis of the DCIs, wherein the first field value among the first to n-th field values may be determined on the basis of a Transmission Rank Indicator (TRI) and a Transmit Precoder Matrix Indicator (TPMI) corresponding to the selected first TRP among the plurality of TRPs, the second to n-th field values may be determined on the basis of second to n-th TPMIs respectively corresponding to the remaining second to n-th TRPs other than the selected first TRP, and the TRIs corresponding to the second to n-th field values may be determined on the basis of the TRI in the first field value.

The transmission unit and the beam may be determined on the basis of i) an uplink reference signal transmitted by the UE or ii) a downlink reference signal received by the UE.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and a device for transmitting a message in an initial access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The UE may receive first control information for transmitting a message associated with an initial access and the control information may include a TPMI used for the UE to transmit the message. Thereafter, the UE may transmit to the base station the message by using transmission power determined based on the TPMI and the transmission power may be determined according to whether the TPMI is included in the at least one TPMI.

To generate an n-th (1≤n≤N) CSI set, a specific CSI-RS resource in an n-th (1≤n≤N) CSI-RS resource group is used for channel measurement; and a specific CSI-RS resource in the remaining CSI-RS groups other than the n-th CSI-RS resource group is used for interference measurement.
