    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a multi-transmit-receive point (TRP) approach for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD) acknowledgment (ACK) feedback using counter downlink assignment indicators (DAIs) (cDAIs) and total DAIs (tDAIs) is provided. For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a joint counting method in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked jointly between the TRPs of a multi-TRP group. This may be useful in the ideal backhaul scenario when the multi-TRP group is jointly scheduled, and may be more robust against errors than a separate counting method. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a separate counting method, in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked separately by the respective TRPs of a multi-TRP group.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a first transmit receive point (TRP), a downlink control information (DCI) communication, the UE being included in a multi-TRP configuration with the first TRP and a second TRP. The UE may determine information unique to the first TRP. The information unique to the first TRP may be at least one of associated with the DCI communication or included in the DCI communication. The UE may generate a downlink scrambling sequence initialization code, associated with the first TRP, based at least in part on the information unique to the first TRP.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for rate-matching for a transmission by multiple transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states, such as a multiple transmission reception point (multi-TRP) transmission. A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving one downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a downlink transmission associated with multiple transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states. The UE determines whether the downlink transmission is associated with one rate matching or is associated with a separate rate matching for each of the multiple TCI states. The UE derate matches the downlink transmission based on the determination.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication to transmit first uplink control information (UCI) on a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource within a slot. The UE may also receive an indication to transmit second UCI on a second PUCCH resource within the slot. One or both of the first PUCCH resource or the second PUCCH resource may overlap with other PUCCH resources within the slot. The UE may multiplex the other PUCCH resources with the first PUCCH resource or the second PUCCH resource in accordance with UCI multiplexing rules. The multiplexing may result in a first one or more PUCCH resources and a second one or more PUCCH resources. The UE may transmit the first UCI on the first one or more PUCCH resources and the second UCI on the second one or more PUCCH resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive encoded data from a network entity. The UE may decode the data in accordance with a size of the circular buffer. The UE, the network entity, or both may determine the size of the circular buffer based on a capability of the UE. In some examples, the size of the circular buffer may be associated with one or more limits for performing the decoding operation, including a limit for a quantity of encoded bits the UE can process during a sliding window. For example, the limits may consider any combination of a quantity of encoded bits or information bits that the UE may write to or write from a memory of the UE. In some cases, the limits may consider multiple bandwidth parts, multiple component carriers, or any combination thereof.
