摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Wireless communications systems may support beamformed transmissions between devices (e.g., to improve coverage range). The beamformed transmissions may depend on discovery and maintenance of receive and transmit beams over which a given device may communicate with another device. Various receive and transmit beams for a given device may be compared using reference signals. As the number of devices attempting to access a cell increases, the number of reference signals to be transmitted may scale proportionally. Large numbers of reference signals may flood time-frequency resources of the system and/or require excessive processing at a mobile device. Scrambling sequences for reference signals may be employed to improve efficiency of resource usage. In aspects, the scrambling sequences may be implicitly determined (e.g., based on resources over which the access request was transmitted). Such an implicit association may reduce the need for additional signaling.

摘要: An occupancy grid determination method includes: determining a predicted occupancy grid based on a previous occupancy grid, the predicted occupancy grid comprising a plurality of first cells corresponding to sub-regions of a region, each of the plurality of first cells including a plurality of predicted indications of probability each indicative of a predicted probability of a respective possible type of occupier of the respective first cell; determining, using machine learning and based on the first sensor measurements, an observed occupancy grid comprising a plurality of second cells corresponding to the sub-regions of the region; and determining an updated occupancy grid based on the observed occupancy grid and the predicted occupancy grid.

A process includes obtaining radar information identifying measured properties of at least one object in an environment, generating pre-processed radar information for input into a neural network at least in part by processing the obtained radar information, generating an object detection output for the at least one object at least in part by detecting the at least one object using the neural network with the pre-processed radar information as input, and modifying, based on the obtained radar information, the object detection output for the at least one object.

One example method generally includes receiving, on a first cell, an indication that one or more channel measurements are to be reported for a second cell for which beam failure is detected; transmitting a first message triggering reporting of at least one preferred beam for communicating on the second cell, the first cell being different from the second cell, wherein the first message is transmitted in response to the indication that the one or more channel measurements are to be reported; receiving a report indicating the at least one preferred beam; and configuring a transmission configuration state in accordance with the at least one preferred beam for communicating on the second cell.

The default communication configuration may be used, for example, in scenarios where a CORESET is not defined for the SCC and other configuration information is not available. For example, other configuration information might not be available due to a short time gap between a grant sent on a primary component carrier (PCC) and the communication on the SCC scheduled by the grant.
