Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for training a position estimation module. In an aspect, a first network entity obtains a plurality of positioning measurements, obtains a plurality of positions of one or more user equipments (UEs), the plurality of positions determined based on the plurality of positioning measurements, stores the plurality of positioning measurements as a plurality of features and the plurality of positions as a plurality of labels corresponding to the plurality of features, and trains the position estimation module with the plurality of features and the plurality of labels to determine a position of a UE from positioning measurements taken by the UE.

Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for wireless communication devices to environmental sensing with the assistance of a network. A UE transmits an increase transmission power request message to a base station. The UE receives an increase transmission power acceptance message from the base station in response to transmitting the increase transmission power request message. The UE transmits a transmission using an increased transmission power for reflection by at least one object based on the increase transmission power acceptance message. The UE receives a reflection of the transmission reflected off the at least one object. The UE determines at least one parameter associated with the object based on the reflection of the transmission reflected off the at least one object.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance the configuration of the scheduling offset for communication devices within a channelized frequency band. In one aspect, a UE receives a PDCCH including a scheduling offset parameter. The PDCCH schedules one of a PDSCH for reception in a first sub-band within a BWP or provides an uplink scheduling grant of a PUSCH for transmission in a second sub-band within the BWP. The UE communicates with a base station based on one of a slot for receiving the PDSCH based on the first sub-band within the BWP and the scheduling offset parameter when the PDCCH schedules the PDSCH, or a slot for transmitting the PUSCH based on the second sub-band within the BWP and the scheduling offset parameter when a PUCCH is used to schedule the PUSCH.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that indicates a set of frequency components for carrier aggregation and that indicates multiple sets of channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) or sounding reference signals (SRSs), wherein different sets of CSI-RSs or SRSs, of the multiple sets of CSI-RSs or SRSs, correspond to different subsets of frequency components included in the set of frequency components. The UE may monitor for one or more CSI-RSs or SRSs, corresponding to a subset of frequency components included in the set of frequency components, based at least in part on the configuration.
