Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which user equipment (UE) may provide a capability indication to one or multiple transmission reception points (TRPs) that indicates whether the UE is capable of performing Doppler pre-compensation. One or more of the TRPs may transmit configuration information to the UE to configure Doppler pre-compensation for subsequent communications. The UE may indicate that multiple Doppler shifts for a single communication with multiple TRPs is supported, or that a single Doppler shift or no Doppler shift is supported. The UE, when Doppler pre-compensation is supported and configured, may estimate one or more Doppler metrics (e.g., a Doppler shift, a maximum Doppler spread, or both) for one or multiple TRPs based on one or more reference signals from the TRPs, and may transmit one or more uplink communications based on the estimated Doppler metrics.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE), comprises inputting sensor data, captured at the UE, to a local machine learning model. The method also includes extracting features from the sensor data, with the local machine learning model, while anonymizing the sensor data. The method further includes transmitting the features to a base station, and receiving a handover decision from the base station based on the features. A method of wireless communication by abase station inputs anonymized sensor feature data, received from a user equipment (UE), into a network machine learning model. The base station also inputs handover decision information into the network machine learning model. The method further includes inferring a handover decision based on the handover decision information and the anonymized sensor feature data, and transmitting the handover decision to the UE.

Abstract: Methods related to wireless communication systems and scheduling channel state information operations and transmissions. A user equipment (UE) receives, from a base station (BS), a channel state information (CSI) computation request. The UE then identifies a first CSI measurement resource based on the CSI computation request. The UE determines CSI based on the first CSI measurement resource, and receives, from the BS, a CSI report transmission request associated with the first CSI measurement resource. The UE optionally transmits to the BS a CSI report based on the first CSI measurement resource or a different CSI measurement resource. Other features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Embodiments include methods for managing operation of a first radar system executed by a processor of a first user equipment (UE) of a first vehicle having the first radar system. In various embodiments, a processor of a first UE of the first vehicle may receive at the first UE from a base station, a wireless communication control message including radar transmission configuration information or radar reception interference information regarding the radar signals from a second radar system of a second vehicle having a second UE. Some embodiments may use the radar transmission configuration information or radar reception interference information received from the base station to manage operation of the first radar system.
