    Abstract: A cabinet apparatus having a housing and a door. The housing defines a storage space having a front access opening. The door includes a first panel structure having a first sidewall panel having a first interior surface that partially defines the storage space and a first exterior surface and a tubular flange extending lengthwise along the first sidewall panel and protruding from the first exterior surface. A first hinge component is located on the tubular flange. The door includes a door body and a second hinge component thereon. The first and second hinge components are operably coupled to one another so that the door is pivotably mounted to the housing to be rotatable about a rotational axis between: (1) a closed position in which the door body encloses the front access opening; and (2) an open position in which the storage space is accessible via the front access opening.

    Abstract: A spacer apparatus includes: a tubular base element having a sheath wall and a flange-like bottom wall portion. An inner wall portion of the sheath wall bounds a receiving space and an outer threading is integrally formed on an outer wall portion of the sheath wall. A pin passage is configured in the bottom wall. A fastening device is provided on the side of the bottom wall opposite the sheath wall for connecting the spacer apparatus to a carrier component. The spacer apparatus includes a pin element arranged in the receiving space for actuating the fastening device, which pin element extends through the pin passage, and a bowl-shaped stopper cap having an inner threading that is engaged with the outer threading and a stopper wall extending orthogonally to an axial direction. The stopper cap and the fastening device are approximately flush with one another in the axial direction.

    Abstract: A hinge stop assembly for holding a door open includes a stop that comprises a pair of wings oriented at an angle with each other to abut a respective half of a door hinge. In this way the door hinge can be retained in an opened position. A pair of grips is provided and each of the grips is coupled to and extends away from the stop. Each of the grips can engage a respective half of the door hinge for retaining the stop on the door hinge. A pair of pads is provided and each of the pads is coupled to a respective one of the wings to abut a respective half of the door hinge when the stop is positioned on the door hinge.

    Abstract: Provided is a damper device capable of increasing torque of a coil spring without increasing an outer diameter of a case. The damper device includes the case (2), a shaft (3) that is relatively rotatable with respect to the case (2), fluid filled in a damper chamber (5) formed between the case (2) and the shaft (3), a bearing member (4) that forms a partition wall (5a) that closes one end of the damper chamber (5) in an axial direction and is separate from the shaft (3), and a coil spring (9) having one end connected to a side of the case (2) and the other end connected to the shaft (3) or the bearing member (4) to apply torque to the shaft (3) with respect to the case (2). The bearing member (4) is arranged between a winding portion (9a) of the coil spring (9) and the damper chamber.

    Abstract: A reversible ventilation slide inhibitor adapted to be positioned on a sliding member, including: a lockable body with first and second passages, a locking barrel located between the first and second passages capable of being rotated between a locked and unlocked position, and a reversible stop piece with first and second pins. Each of the pins adapted to be inserted into either of the passages, thereby making the reversible stop piece reversible between an active and an inactive position. The reversible stop piece in the active position abuts a sliding member, to prevent movement of the sliding member beyond a fixed point on a track on which the sliding member is adapted to slide. When in the inactive position allows the sliding member to bypass the reversible stop piece to an unrestricted opening distance.

    Abstract: A shower door hinge assembly includes a mount, an upper member, a lower member, a body, a plurality of gears, and a stop member. The mount is configured to be coupled to a fixed structure. The upper member is coupled to an upper portion of the mount, and the lower member is coupled to a lower portion of the mount. The body is rotatably coupled to the mount and is configured to be coupled to a pivotable shower door, wherein the body includes an inner wall having a plurality of splines defining a ring gear. The plurality of gears are disposed in the body and are configured to permit relative rotational movement between the body and the upper and lower members. The stop member is removably coupled between the inner wall of the body and one or more gears of the plurality of gears, and is configured to be selectively removed from, and repositioned within, the body to set a rotational endpoint for a pivotable shower door.
