    摘要： A braking device for a movable door leaf includes an electric braking motor, operated as a generator, for generative damping of the movement of the door leaf, the motor shaft is coupleable with the axis of rotation of the door leaf, and a control unit for controlling and/or regulating the electric braking motor. Between the axis of rotation of the door leaf and the motor shaft of the electric braking motor or between the axis of rotation of the door leaf and a separate generator, serving as a power supply of the control unit, there is provided a continuously variable transmission unit, which is controlled and/or regulated by means of a preferably purely mechanical control such that the motor shaft of the electric braking motor or the separate generator can be driven at a rotational speed substantially independent of the rotational speed of the rotational axle of the door leaf. A door closer with a rotatable door closer axis coupleable with a door leaf, cooperating with a mechanical energy storage device and a braking device is also disclosed.

The first arm is resilient and movable against a base to clip onto the side of the door, i.e. to a top or bottom edge. The doorstopper includes a protruding element extending from one of the arms and it extends towards a wall adjacent to a frame to which the door is hingedly connected, the protruding element being configured to engage with the wall ahead of the door for preventing the door from impacting or engaging directly with the wall.

    摘要： A device for preventing unauthorized opening of a door comprises a bracket, a main handle, and a wedge. The bracket is adapted for mounting the device to a door. The main handle is pivotably attached to the bracket. The main handle has a pivot end attached to the bracket and an opposing grasping end. The main handle is selectively pivotably movable upward and downward. The main handle is adapted such that pivoting the main handle upward moves the grasping end toward the door and pivoting the main handle downward moves the grasping end away from the door. The wedge is pivotably affixed to the main handle and biased toward the door when the main handle is in a downward position. The main handle is adapted to push a distal end of the wedge at least partly under a bottom surface of the door when the main handle is pivoted downward.
