    Abstract: An AC-DC power conversion system provides extended voltage gain characteristic by virtue of controlling a duty cycle of operation associated with the desired input-to-output gain. The AC-DC power conversion system includes an AC-stage, first and second inductors, first and second voltage-doubler stages, a totem-pole rectifier stage, and a DC-stage coupled across the totem-pole rectifier stage. Each voltage-doubler stage includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, wherein a first terminal of the AC-stage is coupled by the first inductor to the first terminal of each voltage-doubler stage and by the second inductor to the third terminal of each voltage-doubler stage. The totem-pole rectifier stage includes first and second terminals coupled, respectively, to the second terminal of the first voltage-doubler stage and the second terminal of the second voltage-doubler stage.

    Abstract: A radio frequency energy-harvesting apparatus is applied to a radio frequency energy-transmitting apparatus with a location detection function. The radio frequency energy-harvesting apparatus includes a direct current signal receiving-processing unit, a rectification and harmonic generation unit, and a radar wave receiving-transmitting unit. The rectification and harmonic generation unit is electrically connected to the direct current signal receiving-processing unit. The radar wave receiving-transmitting unit is electrically connected to the rectification and harmonic generation unit. The radio frequency energy-transmitting apparatus transmits a radar wave scanning to a space; after the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit receives the radar wave, according to the radar wave, the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit generates an alternating current signal; the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit transmits the alternating current signal to the rectification and harmonic generation unit; the rectification and harmonic generation unit generates a radar reflection harmonic wave and a direct current signal.

    Abstract: A ventilation system comprises a ventilation fan with a lamp and a ceiling which has an installation opening. The ventilation fan with the lamp is adapted for installing to the ceiling through the installation opening. The ventilation fan comprises a housing, a fan module, and a lamp module. The housing includes a top plate and a side wall which are connected with each other to form a first opening. The first opening is aligned with the installation opening. The fan module is disposed in the housing. The lamp module is disposed out of the installation opening. The lamp module and the housing are located at opposite sides of the installation opening of the ceiling. The lamp module includes a light source, a base, at least one optical component, a switch and a lamp cover. The optical component and the switch are disposed at the different sides of the base.

    Abstract: A verifying method for software authorization under an offline environment is disclosed. The method includes: executing an application software in an electronic device; obtaining a serial number to input to the application software; decrypting the serial number to at least retrieve a requested using term, and a hard-drive identification time information of a hard-drive of the electronic device recorded at the time the serial number being applied; obtaining a power-on time of the hard-drive of the electronic device; computing a using time of the application software in the electronic device according to the hard-drive identification time information and the power-on time; determining whether an authorization to the application software is expired according to the using time and the requested using term; and disabling the application software if the authorization to the application software is expired.

    Abstract: An over-current protection circuit for limiting a power current flowing through a switch device, which generates the power current according to a control signal of a control node, is provided. The over current control circuit includes a voltage control circuit, a current sense unit, a conversion circuit, and a control switch. The voltage control circuit provides the control signal to a gate terminal of the switch device according to a limit signal. The current sense unit senses the power current flowing through the switch device to generate a sense voltage. The conversion circuit converts the sense voltage into a conversion voltage.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wavelength conversion device including a first thermal conductive plate, a wavelength conversion layer and a second thermal conductive plate. The wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the first side of the first thermal conductive plate and configured to perform a wavelength conversion. The second thermal conductive plate is disposed on the second side of the first thermal conductive plate. The first thermal conductive plate and the second thermal conductive plate are combined to conduct the heat generated by the wavelength conversion layer during the wavelength conversion. Since the thermal conductivity coefficients of the at least two thermal conductive plates are increased along the heat transferring path, it is advantageous to minimize the thermal resistance of the heat transferring path. Thus, the heat generated by the wavelength conversion layer during the wavelength conversion is dissipated along the heat transferring path to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency.

    Abstract: A motor brake module for braking a motor is provided. The motor includes a shell, a shaft portion and a driving portion. The motor brake module includes a brake assembly, a block assembly and an armature assembly. The brake assembly includes a shaft hole, plural teeth and plural openings. The shaft portion passes through the shaft hole, and the shaft portion drives the brake assembly to rotate when the shaft portion is rotated. The armature assembly is connected with the block assembly for driving the block assembly to move between the armature assembly and the brake assembly. When the block assembly is moved toward the brake assembly, a portion of the block assembly is contacted with one of the plural teeth and the other portion of the block assembly passes through one of the plural openings.

    Abstract: A power conversion circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a first switching conversion unit, a second switching conversion unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The first switching conversion unit includes a first switch and a third switch. The second switching conversion unit includes a second switch and a fourth switch. The magnetic element includes two first windings and a second winding. A first one of the two first windings is serially connected between the flying capacitor and the second terminal.
