    Abstract: A display device may include: a light-emitting-element layer disposed on a substrate, and including an anode electrode, a cathode electrode, a first sub-pixel including a first emission structure, a second sub-pixel including a second emission structure, and a third sub-pixel including a third emission structure; and a lens-array layer on the light-emitting-element layer, and including lenses including first, second, and third lenses provided to respectively overlap the first, second, and third emission structures. In the first sub-pixel, first base light provided from the first emission structure may pass through the first lens and be provided as first light. In the second sub-pixel, second base light provided from the second emission structure may pass through the second lens and be provided as second light. In the third sub-pixel, third base light provided from the third emission structure may pass through the third lens and be provided as third light.

    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel defining film disposed on a circuit element layer, where a light-emitting opening is defined in the pixel defining film, a light-emitting element including a first electrode including an upper surface exposed through the light-emitting opening, where the first electrode at least partially overlaps the pixel defining film, a second electrode disposed on the first electrode. The display device includes a protective layer disposed between the first electrode and the pixel defining film. The first electrode includes a first sub-electrode including a reflective metal material, a second sub-electrode disposed on the first sub-electrode and including a transparent conductive oxide, and an intermediate layer disposed directly between the first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode and including a tungsten oxide. The display device has high-resolution display quality and low driving voltage characteristics.

    Abstract: Provided is an electronic device comprising a display panel in which a first display region and a second display region are defined and which has a first pixel and a second pixel, a first temperature sensor which measures a first temperature of the first display region, a second temperature sensor which measures a second temperature of the second display region, a voltage generator which generates a first initialization voltage and a second initialization voltage, and a driving controller. The driving controller may generate a voltage control signal on the basis of the first temperature and the second temperature, and the voltage generator may provide, on the basis of the voltage control signal, the first initialization voltage to the first pixel and the second initialization voltage to the second pixel.
