Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for controlling behavior for overriding grants for channel state information (CSI) feedback. A user equipment (UE) may control override of a first grant of a first radio resource by a second grant of a second radio resource. The UE determines that the second radio resource at least partially overlaps with the first radio resource. The UE also determines a physical layer priority of the first grant of the first radio resource and the second grant of the second radio resource. The physical layer priority is based on at least one of the first grant of the first radio resource and the second grant of the second radio resource being configured for transmitting CSI feedback over a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to a base station. The UE then generates a transmission according to the physical layer priority.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to monitor synchronization signal blocks (SSB) transmitted by a base station of a network. The UE receives a configuration comprising a first indication of a quasi-co-location (QCL) relationship between synchronization signal block (SSB) positions and a second indication of a location of one or more sets of target SSBs, wherein SSBs in each of one or more sets of target SSBs are quasi-co-located, determines a number of SSB occasions corresponding to each set of the one or more sets of target SSBs to be transmitted by the base station and determines a monitoring scheme for the one or more sets of target SSBs based on, at least, the configuration and the number of SSB occasions corresponding to each set of target SSBs.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may be scheduled as part of a group of UEs. The UE receives a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) associated with the group of UEs that includes the UE. The UE receives a signal from one of a cell on which the UE is currently camped or a cell to which the UE is currently connected, the signal scrambled by the RNTI and including control information. The UE decodes the signal using the RNTI and performs an operation in response to the control information.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) monitors a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) in multiple component carriers (CC). The UE determines if the UE is operating in carrier aggregation (CA) mode having a first CC in a first frequency band and a second CC in a second frequency band. When the UE is operating in CA with a first CC in the first frequency band and the second CC in the second frequency band, the UE determines a span pattern for PDCCH symbols being received on the first and second CC and selects a PDCCH monitoring type based on, at least, the span pattern. A UE also determines if a first CC and a second CC of a CA combination are collocated and selects a PDCCH monitoring type based on, at least, the determination of whether the first and second CC are collocated.

The UE receives a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration from the base station, wherein the PUCCH resource configuration includes a plurality of PUCCH resources, receives a signal from the base station based on which one of the plurality of PUCCH resources is activated, performs a beam switching operation to change a transmission beam to a beam corresponding to the activated PUCCH resource and transmits periodic uplink (UL) data using the beam corresponding to the activated PUCCH resource.
