Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for QCL association indication for discontinuous transmission indication are disclosed herein. In one method, the UE receives a first configuration of a plurality of reference signals or a configuration of a plurality of reference signal sets in a cell, wherein a reference signal serves as a quasi-co-location reference. The UE receives a second configuration of an association between a pre-emption indication (PI) and one reference signal from the plurality of reference signals or one reference signal set from the plurality of reference signal sets. The UE receives data based on a reference signal from a first reference signal set. The UE processes data according to the PI for the first reference signal set and not processing the data according to the PI for a second reference signal set.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a first control information which schedules a transmission of a first data transmission with data transmission period of a first time interval. The method also includes the UE receiving a second control information which schedules a transmission of a second data transmission with data transmission period of a second time interval, wherein the first data transmission and the second data transmission does not overlap in time domain. The method further includes the UE performing a processing to the first data transmission according to the first control information, and the UE does not perform the processing to the second data transmission according to the second control information.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses of handling a bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer during a Random Access procedure in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a user equipment (UE) starts a BWP timer for a serving cell operating in a paired spectrum. The UE initiates a contention-based Random Access (RA) procedure on the serving cell and stops the BWP timer. The UE starts the BWP timer upon successful completion of the RA procedure, wherein the UE considers the contention-based RA procedure successfully completed if a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) addressed to a Cell Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) of the UE is received and the PDCCH contains an uplink grant for a new transmission.

Abstract: A display device includes a display, a driver, a memory, and a controller. The display includes a display panel and a backlight unit with a plurality of light-emitting elements to display an image. The driver is electrically connected to the display to transmit a backlight control signal to the backlight unit. The memory stores a plurality of adjustment instructions, and each adjustment instruction includes a drive frequency and a control parameter. The controller is electrically connected to the display, the driver, and the memory. The controller is configured to determine a drive frequency and a control parameter corresponding to the drive frequency in the memory according to a frequency adjustment signal, and then adjust the backlight control signal according to the control parameter, to change a duty cycle of the backlight control signal, so that a refresh rate of the backlight unit meets a requirement of a user.

Abstract: An image simulation method for orthodontics is provided. First, receive a face video and capturing a face image from the face video and find a plurality of face feature points on the face image to determine a mouth area. Then, acquire a tooth image in the mouth area. Define a plurality of tooth image feature points according to the tooth image. Subsequently, compare a plurality of preset tooth model feature points of the stereo tooth model and the tooth image feature points, to adjust the preset tooth model feature points to conform to the tooth image feature points and further to form an adjusted stereo tooth model. Then, project the adjusted stereo tooth model to the face video. An image simulation device for orthodontics is also provided.
