    Abstract: A user equipment for wireless communications includes a memory configured to store a peak reduction tone (PRT) table and a processor configured to retrieve a plurality of PRT sequences from the PRT table. The plurality of PRT sequences includes a first PRT sequence based upon a first data rate and a second PRT sequence based upon a second data rate. The second data rate is larger than the first data rate, and the second PRT sequence is a subset of the first PRT sequence. The user equipment also includes a power amplifier operable to transmit data with the first PRT sequence according to the first data rate or with the second PRT sequence according to the second data rate.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, control signaling that may identify a configuration for channel state information reporting associated with both a first target block error rate and a second target block error rate. The UE may receive one or more reference signals associated with the channel state information reporting. Further, the UE may transmit, to the base station, the channel state information reporting that may include first channel state information for the first target block error rate and second channel state information for the second target block error rate. In some examples, each of the first channel state information and the second channel state information may be based on the received reference signals.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Some wireless communications systems may support codebook structures for multiplexing single-bit feedback and multi-bit feedback in a same uplink feedback message. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first downlink message associated with single-bit feedback and a second downlink message associated with multi-bit feedback. The first downlink message and the second downlink message may have a common uplink transmission opportunity for transmitting feedback pertaining to the downlink messages. The UE may generate a codebook that supports inclusion of both the single-bit feedback and the multi-bit feedback for the first and second downlink messages. The UE may transmit the feedback message during the common uplink transmission opportunity based on the codebook.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support resolution of uplink (UL) transmission overlap of communication types having different priorities. In some implementations, a method of wireless communication includes determining, at a user equipment (UE), that a first scheduled UL transmission corresponding to a first communication type having a first priority overlaps with a second scheduled UL transmission corresponding to a second communication type having a second priority. The first priority is higher than the second priority. The method also includes multiplexing at least a portion of the first scheduled UL transmission with at least a portion of the second scheduled UL transmission to generate a third UL transmission. The method further includes transmitting, from the UE to a base station, the third UL transmission. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support managing compression and compression indications of a low-priority (LP) uplink control information (UCI) message that is multiplexed with a high-priority (HP) UCI message in a wireless communication system. In particular, a user equipment (UE) determines a compression indication for the LP UCI message, encodes the compression indication jointly with the HP UCI payload, and separately encodes the LP UCI payload. The encoded LP UCI payload is multiplexed with the jointly-encoded compression indication and HP UCI payload in an uplink transmission to a base station. The compression indication includes information related to whether and how the LP UCI has been compressed. The base station decodes the compression indication and then decodes the LP UCI message based on the compression indication.
