    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a reporting configuration that may include a number of channel measurement or interference measurement resource sets that the UE may measure in accordance with one or more reporting quantities. Based on receiving multiple resource sets in a reporting configuration from the base station, the UE may generate and transmit a measurement report including resource sets contained in the reporting configuration. This may allow the UE to report different report quantities between different resource sets indicated by a base station. In addition, the UE may be configured to rank measurements using different reporting quantities. The report configuration may configure the UE to perform measurements of different resources in accordance with one or more reporting quantities, and the UE may apply a rule to rank different measurements based on the indicated reporting quantities.

    Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, for resolution of conflicts between HD and FD configurations is disclosed. The UE receives a configuration indicating that a first set of symbols is configured for HD communication with at least one of D symbols, U symbols, or F symbols in which the F symbols are configured as D or U. The UE receives DCI scheduling FD communication including an FD transmission and an FD reception on a second set of symbols. The second set of symbols have a third set of symbols in common with the first set of symbols. The third set of symbols have conflicting HD and FD configurations. The UE cancels, based on the conflicting HD and FD configurations of the third set of symbols, at least one of the FD transmission or the FD reception in the third set of symbols.

    Abstract: A configuration for configuring and updating the spatial relationship of multiple physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in a single message, thereby reducing signaling overhead. A user equipment (UE) constructs a message associated with at least one of a plurality of component carriers (CCs) or a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) indicating a same spatial relation for the at least one of the plurality of CCs or the plurality of BWPs. The UE transmits the message to a base station. The base station transmits a message to the UE configuring multiple spatial parameters for the at least one of the plurality of CCs, the plurality of BWPs, or a plurality of uplink/downlink resources.

A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating codebook parameters usable by the UE for generating channel state information (CSI) reports that include multiple channel quality indicators (CQIs), the control signaling further indicating a set of resources. The UE may the perform measurements for a set of reference signals received within the set of resources based on the codebook parameters, and generate a CSI report for the set of resources based on the measurements. The CSI report may include a set of multiple CQIs that are collectively associated with a set of multiple time intervals within the set resources. The UE may then transmit the CSI report to a network entity.

    Abstract: Discussed is wireless communication that includes beam failure detection and recovery for high priority or broadcast CORESETs performed in wireless communication systems to effectuate an overall improvement in wireless communication. In some aspects, a mobile device may monitor one or more first reference signals associated with wireless communication performed using one or more first reception beams. The mobile device may also monitor one or more second reference signals associated with wireless communication performed using one or more second reception beams. The mobile device may detect a failure in wireless communication performed using the one or more first reception beams based, at least in part, on the monitoring of the one or more first reference signals. The mobile device may also initiate a beam failure recovery procedure for the one or more first reception beams upon detecting the failure in wireless communication performed using the one or more first reception beams.
