    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a method for fabricating the same, a method for detecting alignment accuracy, and a liquid crystal display panel, wherein a dummy color resist unit is disposed on a periphery of a display area of a substrate, and a side or a center point of the dummy color resist unit is designed to be at a predetermined distance from an adjacent signal line. Therefore, it is only necessary to measure a distance between the side or the center point of the dummy color resist unit and a signal line adjacent to it, and compare the measured distance with the predetermined distance to estimate alignment accuracy of color resist units. It is not necessary to dispose detection units in a non-display area of the array substrate so that an area of the non-display area can be reduced to achieve ultra-narrow frame design.

    Abstract: A gate-on-array (GOA) driving circuit is provided, and the GOA driving circuit includes a plurality of cascading GOA driving units. Each of the GOA driving units further includes a first GOA driving sub-unit including a first signal source and a second GOA driving sub-unit including a second signal source. The first GOA driving sub-unit operates when the first signal source transmits a first signal with a high voltage, and the second GOA driving sub-unit transmitting a second signal operates when the first signal source transmits the first signal with a low voltage.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a color resist material, a filter, and a preparation method thereof. The color resist material is a trimer structure formed by polymerizing phthalocyanine dyes, wherein groups with double bonds are introduced on the phthalocyanine dyes to construct a three-molecule complex by a complexing agent, and the phthalocyanine dyes are connected by the double bonds to form a trimer structure. The color resist material with the trimer structure is stably stored in a photoresist liquid and has excellent solvent resistance, while maintains good solubility. Accordingly, a filter made of the color resist material has high transmittance and good optical performance.

    Abstract: A timing controller, a display panel and a driving method are proposed. The display panel includes a display sub-pixel and a virtual sub-pixel. The display sub-pixel includes first sub-pixels, second sub-pixels and third sub-pixels. If the grayscale information of the two adjacent first sub-pixels are the same, then a driving signal of the virtual sub-pixel is the same as a driving signal of a third sub-pixel close to the virtual sub-pixel; otherwise, the driving signal of the virtual sub-pixel is the same as a driving signal of the third sub-pixels, which are outnumbered in the histogram.

A pull-up control unit and a bootstrap unit sequentially control a control node of an Nth stage GOA unit to be pulled up to a first high voltage level and a second high voltage level. A pull-up unit outputs a gate driving signal according to a change of a voltage level of the control node and a stage transfer signal of the Nth stage GOA unit. As such, a pulse width of the gate driving signal is increased, and the problem that the charging ability is not sufficient can be solved.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the array substrate and the opposite substrate. The array substrate is located above the opposite substrate near a light emerging side of the display panel. A photosensitive device is disposed inside the assay substrate, and a path for the photosensitive device to receive ambient light avoids a color resist layer in the display panel. The photosensitive device is not affected by the color resist layer when receiving infrared light from the outside, which can eliminate red spots on a display screen.
