Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, where a UE determines that uplink control information to be sent to an eNB in an uplink subframe includes channel state information (CSI) and a scheduling request (SR). The UE further determines a first uplink channel resource for sending the CSI and the SR to the eNB. The first uplink channel resource has an SR sending format and is used to send the CSI. The UE then sends the CSI and the SR to the eNB on the first uplink channel resource in the uplink subframe.

According to the present disclosure, a data transmission latency can be reduced.

Abstract: A terminal receives downlink scheduling information of a downlink subframe F(i,j), where a set M of preconfigured downlink subframes in which the downlink subframe F(i,j) is located is divided into N subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes, a bit quantity of a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement HARQ-ACK that needs to be fed back for each downlink subframe in one subset of preconfigured downlink subframes is a predetermined value, and bit quantities of HARQ-ACKs that need to be fed back for any downlink subframes in different subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes are different. The terminal generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to a receiving status of downlink data. And the terminal generates uplink control information after encoding the HARQ-ACK codebook; and a sending module sends the uplink control information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method, device, and system, are applied to the field of communications, and can improve data transmission efficiency and reduce a time delay. The method includes: acquiring, by a sending device, a time-frequency resource and interleaver information that are to be used by to-be-sent data, where the interleaver information includes a correspondence between an interleaver and a time synchronization code, and there is a one-to-one correspondence between a time synchronization code and an interleaver; selecting a time synchronization code and an interleaver for the to-be-sent data according to the interleaver information; and performing interleaving processing on the to-be-sent data by using the selected interleaver, and sending, to a receiving device on the time-frequency resource, the interleaved to-be-sent data that carries the selected time synchronization code. The embodiments of the present invention are applied to data transmission.

Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving Uplink Control Information (UCI), a terminal, and a base station are provided. The transmitting method includes: calculating the number (Q′) of modulation symbols occupied by the UCI to be transmitted; dividing the information bit sequence of the UCI to be transmitted into two parts; using Reed Muller (RM) (32, 0) codes to encode each part of information bit sequence of the UCI to be transmitted to obtain a 32-bit coded bit sequence respectively, and performing rate matching so that the rate of the first 32-bit coded bit sequence ┌Q′/2┐×Qm bits and that the rate of the second 32-bit boded bit sequence is (Q′−┌Q′/2┐)×Qm bits; and mapping the two parts of coded bit sequences that have undergone rate matching onto a Public Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH), and transmitting the coded bit sequences to a base station.

Abstract: A communication method, a base station, user equipment, and a system are provided. In this way, a problem that because one multiple-access manner is used in a same communications system, requirements of different user equipments cannot be met at the same time is resolved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and discloses a random access method and apparatus, a base station, and UE, to resolve a problem of long time required by random access. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by user equipment UE, where the random access preamble is used to indicate that the UE has a first transmission capability; the base station sends DCI to the UE by using a PDCCH; the base station sends an RAR for the random access preamble to the UE by using a DL-SCH transport block indicated by the DCI; and the base station receives a UL-SCH transport block sent by the UE according to uplink scheduling information carried by the RAR. Solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to a process in which UE accesses a network.
