Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present application relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and discloses a method for processing an RLC failure, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium. The method for processing a Radio Link Control (RLC) failure includes: receiving, by a first network device, RLC failure related information of a user equipment (UE); processing the RLC failure correspondingly by interacting with a second network device, based on the received RLC failure related information. The method of the embodiments in the present application, enables the first network device to interact with the second network device directly, so as to directly determine RLC failure processing according to the received RLC failure related information and the interaction information reported by the UE, thereby simplifying RLC processing, improving processing efficiency, facilitating to resolve the RLC failure correctly and rapidly, and improving user experience.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for supporting paging of a low complexity UE, including: determining, by a target base station during handover of a UE, whether a source base station during the handover supports low complexity UE, and transmitting paging capability information of the UE to a Mobility Management Entity MME in response to determining that the source base station does not support low complexity UE, wherein the paging capability information of the UE is used by the MME for paging the UE. The method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure is able to enhance paging with respect to the low complexity UE.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for enabling a user equipment to access a radio network, a network equipment and a user equipment. A specific embodiment of the method comprises: determining, by a network equipment, whether a predetermined condition is satisfied; and if yes, the method further comprises: transmitting, by the network equipment, information indicating whether a radio network to which the network equipment belongs is isolated, such that the user equipment performs related operations. In the embodiment, the network equipment informs UE of state information about whether the radio network to which network equipments belongs is isolated or not in different ways, so that the isolated network can provide users with reliable local bearer supporting service continuity, thereby meeting communication requirements for public safety and the like.

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for a congestion control in wireless communication, the method includes: a network side node receives a congestion related information reported by a UE or UEs, determines a congestion control range or congestion control ranges based on the congestion related information reported by the UE or UEs and transmits determined congestion control range information to a UE or UEs; the UE or UEs receives the congestion control range information transmitted by the network side node, determines whether the UE or UEs is/are within the congestion control range according to the received congestion control range information, and performs the congestion control when the UE or UEs is/are within the congestion control range. The congestion related information is reported to the network side through the UE or UEs such that the network side can more accurately grasp the global congestion situation, thus facilitating the formulation of more optimized congestion control strategy and meanwhile reducing information exchange between the UEs, reducing the resource consumption of the PC5 interface, and reducing the possibility of the occurrence of the congestion.

By adopting the technical scheme disclosed in the present application, the signaling overhead can be saved, and the delay of the UE access network can be reduced.

In the method, an access network node receives mobility level information of a UE; and the access network node performs handover control and/or measurement control and/or paging for the UE according to mobility level information of the UE. Provided with the present disclosure, system resources can be saved and overall system performance can be improved. The present disclosure further provides a method and device for selecting a core network for a User Equipment (UE) by an enhanced Long Term Evolution (LTE) base station. The method comprises the steps of: establishing a radio resource control (RRC) connection to a UE; selecting a core network corresponding to the UE according to a preset condition; receiving a response message transmitted by the corresponding core network; and, transmitting a RRC configuration message to the UE to configure or reconfigure a user plane for the UE. The method of the present disclosure can select a proper core network for a terminal, so that a UE in 5G can use the features of 5G to increase the amount of user data and the utilization rate of network frequency.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method and eNB equipment for supporting seamless handover. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving, by a target eNB, random access information or an RRC connection reconfiguration completion message from a UE; transmitting, by the target eNB, a data transmission stopping indication message to a source eNB; and, stopping, by the source eNB, transmitting downlink data to the UE, and/or stopping, by the source eNB, receiving uplink data from the UE. The present invention further provides several other methods and eNB equipments for supporting seamless handover. By the methods for supporting seamless handover provided by the present invention, the delay of data transmission and the unnecessary data transmission or unnecessary data monitoring of a source eNB can be avoided, the waste of resources and the power consumption can be reduced, and the missing and duplication transmission of data can be avoided.
