Abstract: This invention relates to a method for allocating resources in a wireless communication system and a system thereof. The disclosed method comprises steps for: allowing a user's terminal to receive information about the wireless transmission resources among semi-permanent transmission resources; performing CRC-calculation by receiving a message about the allocation of the semi-permanent transmission resources based on the received information; verifying the validity of the message by comparing the information about the wireless resources indicated in the received message with the received information about the wireless transmission resources; and receiving data as the transmission resources indicated in the message if there is no error in the verification.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting data using a multi-carrier in a mobile communication system. The method of transmitting data in user equipment of a wireless communication system using a carrier aggregation technique according to an embodiment of the present invention includes setting secondary cells included in an S-TAG (Secondary-Timing Advance Group) configured of only secondary cells (SCells), deactivating a downlink timing reference cell in the S-TAG; determining whether other activated secondary cells exist besides the deactivated downlink timing reference cell in the S-TAG, and when the other activated secondary cells exist in the S-TAG, setting one of the other activated secondary cells as a new downlink timing reference cell. According to the present invention, uplink transmission speed can be increased in the user equipment and user QoS can be improved by transmitting data using one or more uplink carriers in the terminal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for performing a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation while transceiving data using a plurality of carriers in a mobile communication system. The communication method for a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a control message, including setting information of a secondary serving cell (SCell) to be added and discontinuous reception setting information, from a primary serving cell (PCell); and applying, if the control message includes an indicator indicating that the first base station to which the SCell to be added belongs and the second base station to which the PCell belongs are different from each other, the DRX setting information to the serving cell of a first base station. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation is applied upon the occurrence of inter-base-station carrier aggregation, thus reducing the consumption of a battery.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a method and device for preserving mobility information in terminal state transition and effectively re-accessing in a heterogeneous cell network in a mobile communication system. A method for estimating a mobility state of a terminal in a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving, by the terminal, system information from a serving cell during an idle state; calculating mobility state information by using the received system information; storing the mobility state information; and transmitting the mobility state information to a base station when the terminal is connected to the base station. According to one embodiment of the present invention, when an idle state of a terminal is changed to a connection state in a mobile communication system, a mobility state of the terminal can be more effectively estimated.

Abstract: To solve the above-mentioned problem, a method in which a terminal reports channel state information comprises the following steps: receiving, plurality from a base station, information on a plurality of patterns to be used in a channel state measurement; receiving, from the base station, selection information for selecting a pattern from among the plurality of patterns that is to be used in the channel state information to be reported to the base station; measuring a channel state using the information on the plurality of patterns; and selecting a portion of the measured channel state based on the selection information, and reporting the selected portion to the base station. The above-described solution enables the efficient reporting of channel state information including CQIICSI, thus improving communication efficiency.
