Abstract:
A gripping apparatus for gripping containers may comprise a gripping element which has two gripping parts that can move relative to one another and a carrier on which the gripping parts are arranged. At least one portion of the container to be gripped can be received between these gripping parts. The gripping apparatus may comprise a detachment mechanism for detaching the gripping parts from the carrier, wherein this detachment mechanism can be actuated manually and without the aid of a tool in order to detach the gripping parts from the carrier.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a width-adjusting device for conveyor corridor(s), comprising a wide gear-reduction mechanism connected to the frame (5) of said conveyor, wherein said mechanism is arranged between the control shaft (12) and the wall(s) of said corridor. The device includes: a final drive capable of reverse operation and consisting of said control shaft (12) in the form of an endless screw and of a toothed wheel (11); and a system for controlling at least one of the walls of said corridor, consisting of an endless screw (13) and a nut, the endless screw being mobile or fixed relative to said toothed wheel (11). The shaft (12) of the final drive is a flexible shaft having a long length and engaging with the tension-retaining system (20) for absorbing the pulling and pushing forces in the rotation direction thereof.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a conveying equipment that includes at least one curved corridor (1) in which runs a queue of products moved by an endless mobile belt, said corridor (1) being defined by: a first fixed wall (2) connected to the frame (4) and having a first fixed curvature radius; and a second wall (3) mobile relative to said frame (4) and having a second curvature radius that varies based on the products, said second mobile wall including: a guiding profile (12) that may comprise several members, used as a friction surface and extending from the inlet up to the outlet of said curved corridor opposite said first fixed wall (2); a structure (10) bearing said guiding profile (12), the structure (10) including several segments (11) connected to moving means, said segments (11) being in abutment and distributed between the inlet and the outlet of the curved corridor (1) and being movably housed in said guiding profile (12).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for gripping containers and bottles (3), particularly PET bottles, in container handling systems, such as in filling systems, particularly for transitioning and transferring from star to star, or to a filler, a rinser, or the like, having a drive and actuator bringing about the opening and closing of the gripper arms (4a, 4b), particularly designed as a pusher body (7), wherein the device for gripping is made substantially of two component assemblies. The first component assembly comprises those components that are subject to severe wear, and the second, machine-side component assembly comprises components that are subject to no or nearly no wear. The first component assembly is pivotally supported on the second component assembly and easily removably connected thereto.
Abstract:
A device for transferring objects, in particular containers such as preforms or bottles, comprising a support (2) which is rotated about an substantially vertical rotational axis and which supports at least one transfer arm (3) with an inner radial part fixed to the support (2) and an outer radial part (6) adapted for sliding with respect to said inner radial part along an elongation axis held within a plane substantially perpendicular to the rotational axis of said support (2), the outer radial part (6) having a gripper head (13) adapted for supporting at least one object, wherein said head (13) is adapted for sliding, with respect to the inner radial part, along an elongation axis substantially parallel to the rotational axis of the support (2).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for gripping PET bottles in bottle filling installations, in particular for transferring bottles from the spider element to the spider element/filling element/rinsing element or similar. The aim of the invention is to provide a gripper device that allows different gripping strengths to be achieved without complex equipment, as is specifically required in the case of PET bottles when said bottles are e.g. filled with hot liquids and are therefore easily deformable. To achieve this, a thrust body (3) that opens and closes grippers (12) is provided on a guide (4), which is vertical in the operational position, a force being exerted on said body in the lifting and lowering direction by at least one spring (6) and the body being moved around a control curve by means of a roller (9).
