摘要: A gripping apparatus for gripping containers may comprise a gripping element which has two gripping parts that can move relative to one another and a carrier on which the gripping parts are arranged. At least one portion of the container to be gripped can be received between these gripping parts. The gripping apparatus may comprise a detachment mechanism for detaching the gripping parts from the carrier, wherein this detachment mechanism can be actuated manually and without the aid of a tool in order to detach the gripping parts from the carrier.

摘要: A device for transforming plastics preforms into containers includes at least one blow mold for receiving the plastics preforms. The blow mold has two mold parts, which can be pivoted with respect to each other about a connecting axis, with at least one locking element, which is arranged on one of the mold parts and interacts with at least one counter element arranged on the other mold part, in order to lock the two mold parts with respect to each other. The counter element is arranged about an axis arranged substantially parallel to the connecting axis and can be turned between a locking position, and an unlocking position. The device has an actuating element for turning the counter element, having a drive element which interacts with the counter element to actuate it.

In various aspects, the apparatus may include a force reduction device, which causes the force acting at a certain point of the area between the guiding cam and the guiding element to be reduced at least on average.

摘要: A blowing mold array includes a blowing mold unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mold unit includes a blowing mold retainer having at least two mold retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mold unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mold unit against at least one mold retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mold unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mold retaining element and the blowing mold unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.

According to the invention, the locking mechanism (10) is provided with an actuating element (14) in order to loosen the arrest between the mold retaining element (4a) and the blowing mold unit (2), and an actuation of said actuating element (14) is coupled with the actuation of the engagement element (12).

摘要: A device for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers may include a blowing nozzle for filling the plastic preform with a medium, and a rod body for extending the plastic preform in the longitudinal direction thereof during the shaping process. The rod body may be disposed on a support and may be movable in a longitudinal direction of the plastic preform. The rod body has a multi-part construction and includes at least one first rod element arranged on the support and one second rod element, which can be connected to the first rod element. The second rod element can be inserted into an opening of the plastic preform in order to extend the plastic preform in the longitudinal direction thereof, and the second rod element includes a contact surface in order to contact an area of the plastic preform. The first rod element and the second rod element can be connected to each other through a connection mechanism which can be released without tools.

The device includes a clean room within which the plastic preforms can be expanded into plastic containers. The blow mould carrier parts together with the carrier element form a unit which can be demounted as a whole from the carrier.
