A method for controlling a central processing unit (CPU), where the method includes: acquiring a usage rate and an operating frequency of one CPU of operating CPUs; if the operating frequency of the one CPU is smaller than a core off-line frequency, multiplying the usage rate of the one CPU by a first weight to obtain a CPU power consumption sensitive factor corresponding to the one CPU; if the operating frequency of the one CPU is greater than or equal to the core off-line frequency, multiplying the usage rate of the one CPU by a second weight to obtain a CPU power consumption sensitive factor corresponding to the one CPU; and turning off at least one operating CPU if the mean is smaller than a CPU turn-off power consumption sensitive factor threshold.

A video recording method for mobile terminal, and a related apparatus and system are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a data signal which is in a motion-joint photographic experts group (M-JPEG) format and is output by a camera module, where an output time sequence of the data signal is consistent with an output time sequence of a luminance and chrominance YUV signal, and the data signal includes: an image signal and a video recording signal; if the received data signal is the image signal, performing video coding on the image recording signal sequentially, and storing video information obtained after the coding; and if the received data signal is the video recording signal, decoding the video recording signal, and outputting the decoded video recording signal to a display apparatus.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a networking method, a server device, a client device, and a network system, relating to the communication field, for implementing easy interworking between the server device and the client device. The method includes: receiving, by a client device through a wireless router, a request message that is broadcast by a server device connected to the wireless router for requesting to display IP information of the client device, where the client device is connected to the wireless router; and displaying, by the client device, the IP information of the client device on a screen so that the server device is connected to the client device according to the IP information. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to networking between the client device and the server device.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a system, and an apparatus for acquiring comment information when watching a program. The method includes: acquiring, by a comments functional entity, comment content sent by the end user on an IPTV program and related information corresponding to the comment content; send the related information corresponding to the comment content to a metadata control functional entity, so as to enable an end user who demands and watches the IPTV program to select and play the comment content corresponding to the IPTV program. In the embodiments of the present invention, in the process of watching a program, a user can synchronously record audio or video content as comment information on the program, and upload the comment content to a network side, so that later other friends when watching the program.

The present invention provides a Widget processing method and a mobile terminal. The method includes: receiving a Widget placing instruction given by a user,; if on the designated Home screen, there is not enough position for presenting the designated Widget, determining a display position of the designated Widget on a Home screen adjacent to the designated Home screen according to attribute information of the designated Widget, where the attribute information of the Widget includes position occupation information of the Widget; and placing the designated Widget in the display position on the Home screen adjacent to the designated Home screen. Technical solutions of the present invention solve a problem that operations are complicated when there is not enough space on the designated Home screen for placing the designated Widget, and increase Widget processing efficiency of the mobile terminal.

A method for processing contacts in a mobile terminal according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: setting, a mapping relationship between an attribute value of an attribute of a contact and a display effect of a contact bubble corresponding to the contact; obtaining the attribute value locally or from a network device; determining, the display effect of the contact bubble according to the mapping relationship and the distinctive attribute value; and displaying the contact bubble on a screen of the mobile terminal according to the attribute value of the contact. Accordingly, different contacts can be displayed intuitively in the mobile terminal, which enhances the capability of intelligent interaction between the mobile terminal and the user greatly.

The present invention provides a method and system for controlling access of a terminal device to a wireless network. The method includes: receiving, by an access point device, a first wireless network access request message sent by a first terminal device; receiving, by the access point device, feedback information of one or more directional devices within a predetermined area; judging, by the access point device according to the received feedback information, whether N directional devices within the predetermined area all find the first wireless network access request message by monitoring; and if yes, enabling the first terminal device to access the wireless network, where the N is the number of the directional devices within the predetermined area.
