Abstract: The present disclosure relates to DMRS overhead adaptation with AI-based channel estimation. A wireless device may be configured to receive, from a network device, a downlink data transmitted using a DMRS pattern; perform an AI-based downlink channel estimation based on the downlink data, including: inputting one or more received downlink DMRS symbols included in the received downlink data to a neural network model for downlink channel estimation stored in the memory of the wireless device, to obtain, as outputs of the neural network model, an estimated downlink channel corresponding to the downlink data and an optimal downlink DMRS pattern for the estimated downlink channel; and report the optimal downlink DMRS pattern to the network device.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to acknowledgement signaling sent by a user equipment (UE) in response to downlink control information (DCI) received from a base station that schedules the use of multiple physical uplink control channels (multi-PUSCH) or multiple physical downlink control channels (multi-PDSCH). Acknowledgement signaling may inform the base station that DCI scheduling the multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH was received (or not), so that the base station may reclaim those scheduled resources in the case that the UE remains unaware of them. Methods for performing this signaling include, e.g., the use of HARQ-ACK codebooks (whether in a semi-static or dynamic manner), and aperiodic sounding reference signals (A-SRS). Embodiments involving such DCI received across multiple component carriers of different serving cells of the UE are contemplated. Acknowledgment signaling according to multi-PUSCH/multi-PDSCH subgroups, monitoring windows, acknowledgment signaling enablement/disablement, and the use of DCI to trigger acknowledgment signaling are also discussed.

Abstract: PUCCH carrier switching at a UE may include decoding an RRC configuration including a time-domain pattern indicating a reference cell and a target PUCCH cell for one or more PUCCH transmissions at a given point in time. The reference cell may include a reference cell slot numerology and the target PUCCH cell may include a target PUCCH cell slot numerology. A slot for PUCCH transmissions may be determined based on the reference cell slot numerology. The determined slot may be used for transmission of at least one of an SR, a CSI, and a HARQ-ACK. The determined slot of the reference cell may be mapped to a corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. A PUCCH resource may be determined for performing a PUCCH transmission using the corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. The PUCCH resource determination may be based on a PUCCH configuration of the target PUCCH cell.
