    摘要: A repeater system includes a first repeater device to receive a first beam of radio frequency (RF) signal from a first network node, and a second repeater device to receive a second beam of RF signal from the first network node. The first repeater device controls the second repeater device to provide the first beam and the second beam of RF signal to a second network node. A plurality of signal parameters is selected at the first and second repeater devices for a first beam and a second beam of RF signal, respectively. The first repeater device establishes an additional link with the second repeater device, where based on the additional link, a first data stream carried by the first beam of RF signal is provided to the second network node through the first repeater device as well as the second repeater device.

    摘要: A repeater device that includes control circuitry, which activates a slave mode in the repeater device based on a request received from a first wireless communication device. The control circuitry receives a first radio frequency signal from a base station and acquire timing information of the base station. The control circuitry executes a network time synchronization with the base station based on the acquired timing information of the base station. The repeater device in the slave mode acts as a slave of the base station based on the network time synchronization. The control circuitry executes a synchronization with a modem of the first wireless communication device in which the repeater device in the slave mode follows radio signals and a radio state of the modem of the first wireless communication device.

    摘要: An network of wireless RF repeaters includes a first communication device and a second communication device. The first communication device obtains a plurality of radio frequency (RF) signals corresponding to different communication protocols from a plurality of communication systems. A frequency of each of the plurality of RF signals is upconverted to a different frequency, which introduces a phase noise in the plurality of RF signals. The plurality of RF signals corresponding to different communication protocols are merged into a mmWave RF signal of a specified frequency and a defined pilot tone is inserted into the mmWave RF signal. The second communication device captures the mmWave RF signal having the defined pilot tone over-the-air. At least one RF signal is down converted to a source frequency and the phase noise in the one extracted RF signal is reduced concurrently based on a reference of the defined pilot tone.

    摘要: A wireless communication system includes a first communication device and a second communication device. The first communication device comprises a first digital signal processor (DSP) that obtains a plurality of radio frequency (RF) signals corresponding to different communication protocols from a plurality of communication systems. The first DSP upconverts a frequency of each of the plurality of RF signals to a different frequency. The first DSP maps and aligns the plurality of RF signals corresponding to the different communication protocols in the mmWave RF signal based on a number of source antennas from which the plurality of RF signals are obtained. Furthermore, the first DSP multiplexes the plurality of RF signals corresponding to different communication protocols into a mmWave RF signal of a specified frequency. The first DSP further transmits the mmWave RF signal of the specified frequency along with a defined pilot tone to the second communication device.
