    摘要: A fabricating method of a display device includes: forming a thin film by coating a liquid polymer material over a substrate using spin coating or slit coating; forming a touch screen panel (TSP) over the thin film; separating the substrate from the thin film; and placing the TSP over a surface of the display device. The TSP includes: first and second sensing patterns alternately arranged, the first sensing patterns formed to be connected to one another for each column, the second sensing patterns formed to be connected to one another for each row; first connection lines electrically connecting the first sensing patterns; connection patterns connecting the second sensing patterns and formed in a different layer from the first and second sensing patterns; and a first insulating layer formed between the connection patterns and the first and second sensing patterns. The sensing patterns are formed of a transparent conductive material.

The organic light emitting display includes a scan driver for sequentially supplying scan signals to scan lines, a data driver for supplying data signals to data lines in synchronization with the scan signals, pixels located at crossing regions of the scan lines and the data lines, a timing controller for determining a normal driving mode for displaying a normal image and a standby driving mode displaying less information than the normal image, and a power source for supplying a first power and a second power to the pixels, wherein a voltage difference between the first power and the second power in the normal driving mode is a first voltage, and a voltage difference between the first power and the second power is a second voltage different from the first voltage.

    摘要: A touch screen panel includes first and second sense cells on a same layer and coupling patterns that couple adjacent ones of the first sense cells and adjacent ones of the second sense cells to each other, respectively. The coupling patterns do not cross with each other, thereby improving the ability of the coupling patterns to withstand static electricity. A dummy line formed of a same material as the sense cells may be formed between the first and second sense cells, and the dummy line is electrically coupled to a guard ring located in an area outside of a display area of the touch screen panel, making it possible to overcome the effects of static electricity applied to the front surface of the touch screen panel as well as the side surface thereof.

    摘要: A display device, adapted to display a two-dimensional image or a three-dimensional image, includes an image panel for displaying an image and a barrier panel located in front of the image panel. The barrier panel includes a first substrate including In-Plane-Switching type electrodes arranged on a surface of the substrate, a second substrate having a transparent electrode on the inner side surface, and a liquid crystal layer located between the first and second substrates. The barrier panel displays the image as a two-dimensional image or a three-dimensional image depending on electric fields established between first and second substrates of the barrier panel and between the In-Plane-Switching type electrodes formed on the first substrate. The two-dimensional image may be displayed with wide viewing angle and narrow viewing angle options.
