Abstract:
The present invention provides a water heater, including a combustor, a gas pipe, a combustion controller, a pressure gauge, and a controller. The gas pipe supplies the combustor gas. The combustion controller controls combustion of the combustor. The pressure gauge detects a gas pressure in the gas pipe and generates an electrical signal in association with the gas pressure. The controller is electrically connected to the gas gauge and the combustion controller to receive the electrical signal from the gas gauge and controls the combustion controller according to the electrical signal to adjust the combustion of the combustor. In addition, the present invention further provides a method of controlling the water heater.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method of detecting water heater safety, wherein the water heater includes a blower and a combustor. The method includes starting the blower and detecting blower speed after a certain amount of time; comparing the blower speed with a first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the speed of the blower is within the first speed range, or providing an alarm when the blower speed is beyond the first speed range; detecting the speed of the blower again after the combustor heats water for a time; comparing blower speed with a second first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the blower speed is within the second speed range, or stopping gas when the blower speed is beyond the second speed range.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a pressure detecting circuit, which is electrically connected to a coil to receive an induced electromotive force from the coil, including a movement detecting unit electrically connected to the coil to receive the induced electromotive force from the coil and find a distance of the movement of the magnetic device according to the induced electromotive force; and a converting unit electrically connected to the movement detecting unit to generate the voltage signal to indicate the distance. In addition, the present invention further provides a pressure gauge incorporated with the pressure detecting circuit.
Abstract:
A method for examining water heater safety includes the steps of: setting a desired temperature and sensing a cold water temperature and a flow rate of water to calculate a theoretical gas consumption, and then supplying a combustor the theoretical gas consumption to heat water; sensing a hot water temperature, and calculating a temperature ratio by the desired temperature, the cold water temperature and the hot water temperature. Examining the temperature ratio may find that the water heater is abnormal or malfunctioning. An efficiency ratio may also be calculated by the theoretical gas consumption and the actual gas consumption. Examining the efficiency ratio may find that the water heater is abnormal or malfunctioning as well.
Abstract:
A service method of gas appliances includes: Detecting the gas appliances at the client ends to generate detecting signals. Transmitting the detecting signals to a service end. Identifying which client end the detecting signals come from. Examining the detecting signals to find whether the gas appliance has an abnormal condition; and informing the client end when the abnormal condition is found. After all, the service end may monitor the gas appliances at the client end, and inform the client for repair when the gas appliance has detected an abnormal signal or has damaged parts.
Abstract:
A water heater includes a remote controller having a setting unit and a display unit; an electronic heater having a circuit board, a combustor, and a sensing unit, wherein the sensing unit reads the electronic heater; and an exchanger having a first transmitter, a first receiver, and a first converter electrically connected to the remote controller, and a second transmitter, a second receiver, and a second converter electrically connected to the electronic heater. The first transmitter transmits a signal from the setting unit to the circuit board through the second receiver, to control the electronic heater according to the signal, and the second transmitter transmits signal from the sensing unit to the first receiver of the remote controller, to show real-time information of the electronic heater on the display unit.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a remote control system that includes at least a gas appliance; a repeater, and a remote control device. The gas appliance is connected to the repeater through a Zigbee transmission, and the remote control device is connected to the repeater through a network (internet or telecommunication network). User inputs a command at the remote control device, and the remote control device transmits the command to the repeater through the network, and then the repeater will control the gas appliance according to the command. The gas appliance is provided with sensors to detect data in regards to the gas appliance. The data is transmitted to the remote control device and shown on a screen through the repeater and the network.
Abstract:
A combustor of a water heater includes a burner member and a flame cover. The burner member has a passageway therein with an inlet and an outlet. The flame cover has a plurality of flame holes. The character of the present invention is that the burner member is provided with a room at a top thereof communicated with the passageway. A separating device is put in the room, and the flame cover is connected to the burner member to cover the separating device The separating device has a main outlet and two side outlets right under the flame holes of the flame cover to generate main flames and side flames respectively.
Abstract:
A method for power management of a CPU and a system thereof, which drive the CPU to enter a more efficient power saving state are disclosed. A chip of the present invention sends a first control signal to drive the CPU to wake from a non-snooping sleep state and enter a normally executing instruction state as well as a system management mode to execute a system management interrupt routine. Then the chip enables an arbiter to transmit a bus master request to the CPU for processing. After completing the processing of the bus master request, the chip disables the arbiter and the CPU drives the chip to send a second control signal to drive the CPU to return to the non-snooping sleep state according the system management interrupt routine.
Abstract:
