Each handset comprises a handset transceiver for establishing a time-division multiple access (TDMA) link over a shared channel with the base unit via the base transceiver, in which each handset communicates during an exclusive time slot of a TDMA scheme that allocates time slots to handsets. The base receiver is characterized by a plurality of demodulation parameters and is for synchronizing with each handsets. The base receiver stores a set of demodulation parameters for each handset and switches to the set of demodulation parameters for a particular handset when the base unit is to synchronize with the particular handset.

    摘要: A wireless telephone system having a plurality of wireless handsets and a base unit, the base unit having a base transceiver. Each handset has a handset transceiver for establishing a wireless link over a shared channel with the base unit via the base transceiver, wherein the base transceiver transmits to a handset transceiver a first signal representing successive symbols at a first symbol rate. The handset transceiver has a receiver and a transmitter, and a local clock signal generator that provides clock signals at a local clock frequency.     摘要: A blind multipath equalizer for a digital communication channel is disclosed. The equalizer includes a sparse digital filter, responsive to a source of a received signal including a digital data signal, and including a plurality of taps, each responsive to a tap coefficient and time displacement, which produces a multipath corrected digital output signal. A filter controller is responsive to the received signal for detecting a multipath signal by calculating the autocorrelation of the received signal, detecting a multipath signal based on the autocorrelation and supplying a tap coefficient and time displacement to one of the plurality of taps to cancel the detected multipath signal.

    摘要: Systems and methods to identify new protein targets of a chemical compound or its derivatives were described. The methods can be used for detection of new binding partners as long as the chemical compound can covalently bind to the protein targets. Once protein targets are resolved, information related to new protein targets can then be used to couple with real-world patient data such as adverse events, efficacy data, and disease correlation data to deduce real-world evidence. Systems collectively with all this information can aide clinical development and use of pharmaceutical drug. Methods are provided for detection of covalently bound phenyl vinyl sulfone (PVS) or its derivatives, and afatinib or its derivatives. Furthermore, generation of antiserum recognizing carrier bound PVS or carrier bound afatinib is described. PRMT1 is described as a new target of PVS and RRM1, RRM2, and NFKB are described as new targets of afatinib.
