Abstract: The present invention relates to a transformed strain having ethanol production potential, constructed by introducing a foreign gene for ethanol production into a non-ethanol producing acetogen Eubacterium limosum and a method for producing ethanol, using the strain. According to the present invention, Eubacterium limosum which is a conventional acetogen lacking ethanol production potential is used to produce ethanol, which is a high value-added product, as a single product from carbon monoxide contained in waste gas.

Abstract: An apparatus for analyzing an in vivo component is provided. The apparatus for analyzing an in vivo component may include an impedance sensor including a first electrode and a second electrode configured to contact a fluid channel of a fluid to be analyzed. The apparatus may include an impedance measurement device configured to apply a current to the first electrode and the second electrode, measure a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode based on applying the current, and measure an impedance of the fluid based on the measured voltage. The apparatus may include a processor configured to model the measured impedance using an equivalent circuit; and analyze the in vivo component based on modeling the measured impedance using the equivalent circuit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus and method for customizing a H2/CO synthetic gas in a desired ratio by producing a synthetic gas in which H2 and CO are mixed through hydrolysis of both carbon dioxide and a nitrogen compound with low power. In a low-power electrochemical apparatus for producing a synthetic gas according to the present invention, by performing the reduction of the carbon dioxide at the cathode and the oxidation of the nitrogen compound at the anode at the same time, carbon dioxide conversion efficiency may be improved 30% or more compared to the conventional carbon dioxide conversion system, and a synthetic gas with a desired H2/CO ratio may be produced by controlling the H2/CO ratio of the produced synthetic gas, and by reducing a driving voltage, the corrosion problem of electrode materials may be inhibited and the durability of electrodes may be increased.

Abstract: The present application relates to a method of preparing urate oxidase (Uox) including a non-nature amino acid (NNAA) and Uox prepared thereby. In addition, the Uox produced by the method may be effectively used for various biopharmaceuticals since its efficacy is maintained and drug persistency increases due to site-specific conjugation of a carrier, a risk of an immune response is reduced, and it is easily separated due to formation of uniform conjugate.-

Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to a battery-free gas sensor or humidity sensor comprising a metal-organic framework and a method of manufacturing the same. In a photodiode-type battery-free gas sensor or humidity sensor according to the present inventive concept, since photoelectron collection electrodes are formed at certain intervals between P-N junction layers, when gas is adsorbed thereon, the gas can be detected without an extra power source by change of photocurrent. Due to fine pores of the metal-organic framework, gas sensitivity may be increased and stability of catalysts may be improved. When catalysts are not provided, humidity may be detected. Therefore, a system that used the photodiode-type battery-free gas sensor and the photodiode-type battery-free humidity sensor together may be performed humidity correction to accurately measure an amount of a gas.

Abstract: Disclosed are a temperature measurement method using the fluorescence characteristic of an optical material having temperature dependence and a temperature sensor technology using the same. According to the present disclosure, the temperature measurement technology using the fluorescence signal intensity ratio has a self-compensation function to reduce optical signal noise caused by fluctuations in light source output and optical waveguide loss, and uses two fluorescence signals with a strong fluorescence signal intensity to solve the existing disadvantage of generating a lot of noise due to a low fluorescence signal.
