Embodiments of the present invention provide an accelerated lifetime estimation device for predicting the lifetime of a secondary battery, and a method thereof. The accelerated lifetime estimation device can accurately estimate a normal lifetime of the secondary battery while reducing an evaluation time period of the secondary battery.

Disclosed is a sliding mechanism for a handheld electronic device. The mechanism includes a first slider in a single piece metallic body, two elongated plastic rails, and a second slider. The single piece metallic body includes two opposite side portions that are bent toward each other and define two elongated spaces, each of which is partially surrounded by each bent side portion. Each elongated plastic rail includes a groove on a surface of the elongated plastic rail and is fitted into each elongated space such that the groove of one elongated plastic rail opposes the groove of the other elongated plastic rail. The second slider includes two edges slidably engaged with the grooves such that the second slider is slidable relative to the first slider.

A display apparatus includes a display unit to display an image, a sound output part to output a sound, a computer signal processing module to process a video signal and an audio signal input from a computer, a network signal processing module in communication with a network to process a video signal and an audio signal input from the network according to a predetermined protocol, and a controller to display one of the computer and network video signals received from the computer signal processing module and the network signal processing module, respectively, and to output the audio signal that corresponds to the displayed video signal through the sound output part when the audio signal that corresponds to the displayed video signal exists. Accordingly, the display apparatus is capable of outputting an appropriate audio signal that corresponds to an image input from the computer or the network.

A window opening and closing assembly capable of controlling an opening angle of the window effectively is disclosed. The assembly comprises a base with a groove along a longitudinal direction thereof, a slider inserted in the groove, an arm rotatably mounted on the base, a handle rotatably placed at a portion of the base and having a worm gear at an end thereof, a worm wheel meshing with the worm gear, and a switch for controlling the location of the slider. Wherein the slider has an angled side inwardly angled at a side of the first sliding portion thereof and the arm has a straight side for restricting a rotation angle thereof. Thus, an opening angle of a window can be controlled by an operation of the straight side and angled side.

The flow-controlling unit provided in a flow channel, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a plate which is disposed perpendicular to the moving direction of a fluid in a flow channel, and on which are formed multiple fluid through-holes through, which the fluid passes; and one or more flow-control ling pieces which are provided in a position corresponding to the fluid through-holes, form an inclination with respect to the plate in the direction of the inflow of the fluid, are capable of tilting on the plate, and control the degree of opening of the fluid through-holes by being tilted due to pressure applied from hydraulic pressure of the fluid.
