Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electric-machine stator lamination, an electric-machine stator iron core and an electric machine, which effectively solves the technical problem in the prior art that electric machines have high NVHs. The yoke of the electric-machine stator lamination is circumferentially provided with a plurality of axial tunnels, and the tunnels are empty or are filled with a damping medium. The electric-machine stator iron core is formed by laminating a plurality of the electric-machine stator laminations or is integrally manufactured. The electric machine includes an electric-machine housing and the electric-machine stator iron core, the outer circumference of the electric-machine stator iron core and an inner wall of the electric-machine housing have gaps therebetween, and the gaps are empty or are filled with a damping medium. The structures in which the gaps/tunnels are empty or the gaps/tunnels are filled with a damping medium can weaken the vibration energy generated by the stator to the electric-machine housing, increasing the damping coefficient of the electric-machine housing, reduces the response amplitude/frequency of the electric-machine housing, weaken the paths of the vibration/noise transmission, and reduce the response amplitudes, thereby inhibiting vibration and noise, to effectively reduce the overall NVH level.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multi-inverter electric motor controller, which solves the technical problem that the existing inverter with silicon-based devices cannot accurately modulate high-frequency currents. The multi-inverter electric motor controller comprises a primary inverter and one or more secondary inverters, where the primary inverter and the secondary inverters connect in parallel to a same electrical motor, the primary inverter employs silicon-material power electronic devices, the secondary inverters employ wide-bandgap semiconductor power electronic devices, and the switching frequency of the primary inverter is less than the switching frequencies of the secondary inverters. According to the present disclosure, the existing inverter with silicon-based devices and the inverters with wide-bandgap semiconductor devices are connected in parallel, and can complete the fine control of the harmonic waves of high-frequency currents.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an IGBT driving circuit for an electric-motor controller and an electric-motor controller. The IGBT driving circuit includes: a function safety circuit provided on a driver board of the electric-motor controller, and a detection feedback circuit and a pulse-width-modulation (PWM) buffer circuit that are connected to the function safety circuit. The detection feedback circuit is configured to detect an IGBT module of the electric-motor controller, and when a specified malfunction of the IGBT module is detected, send a specified-malfunction signal to the function safety circuit. The function safety circuit is configured to judge according to a preset malfunction treating rule and the received specified-malfunction signal, and then output a corresponding controlling signal to the PWM buffer circuit. The PWM buffer circuit is configured to generate according to the corresponding controlling signal a PWM signal that drives the IGBT module, to control ON/OFF of the IGBT module to protect the IGBT module. The technical solutions of the present application have multiple functions of protection, which improves the stability and the safety of the IGBT, and has quick action and timely protection.

Abstract: An automatic transmission comprises a double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120) and a two stage transmission ordinary gear train. The gear shifting mechanism of the transmission is the double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120), which has double contrate teeth, namely, left contrate teeth and right contrate teeth. By the axial moving of the double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120) on the transmission output shaft, its left contrate teeth and right contrate teeth respectively engage with the contrate teeth of the first gear and the second gear reduction gears, to realize the second shift position and the first shift position, and when it engages with neither of them, the transmission is in the neutral shift position. The left contrate teeth and the right contrate teeth are individually independent or integrally assembled structures. Compared with the traditional AMT, the transmission does not need a synchronizer; therefore, the structure is simple, the reliability is increased, the gear shift duration is shortened, the shifting shock is relatively small, the manufacturing cost is low, and it is easy to realize industrialization. The transmission has simple arrangement of gears, short axial dimension, small weight, and occupies small room, and meets the development trend of light weighting and fuel saving.

Abstract: A cooling and lubrication device of an electric drive assembly and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. The cooling and lubrication device includes an oil pumping unit, an oil pumping passage, and an oil returning passage. Outlets of oil distribution passages correspond to parts to be cooled and parts to be lubricated inside the motor housing, as well as parts to be cooled and parts to be lubricated. The oil pumping unit pumps the lubricating oil inside the first housing into the oil pumping passage, and transfers the lubricating oil to the parts to be cooled and the parts to be lubricated. The oil returning passage allows the lubricating oil inside the second housing to flow back into the first housing. This cooling and lubrication device can achieve active and directional cooling and lubrication of the parts to be cooled and the parts to be lubricated.
