Abstract: A bidirectional electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes first and second electromagnetic clutches arranged along positive and negative directions of the same axis. The two electromagnetic clutches are integrated in the same space and configured to independently engage and/or disengage at different ends of the bidirectional electromagnetic clutch. Abstract: An inductive position sensor, comprising: a movable part which is a magnetic conductor; and an induction coil assembly adjacent to the movable part, wherein the induction coil assembly and the movable part form a magnetic circuit, the induction coil assembly has an input end for inputting a current and an output end for outputting a feedback current; the inductive position sensor is used to detect a position of the movable part based on a relationship between the feedback current and the input current. The inductive position sensor of the present disclosure has flexible and compact structural design, and can be adjusted and arranged according to different applications and structural spaces, so it is applicable to a wide range of environments. An electromagnetic clutch is also proposed.

Abstract: A power shaft structure of an electric drive assembly is disclosed. The power shaft structure comprises a main shaft, a right end of the main shaft is located inside a motor and fixedly connected to a rotor of the motor, and a left end of the main shaft is located inside a reducer and fixedly connected to a driving gear and a parking gear of the reducer. At least one side of the driving gear is provided with an axially extending flange, and at least one side of the parking gear is provided with an axially extending flange. A bushing is provided between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the driving gear and the main shaft as well as between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the parking gear and the main shaft for radial positioning of the driving gear and the parking gear, so that the driving gear, the parking gear, and the main shaft are on the same axis, thereby improving the stability and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of welding, and particularly relates to a welding method for sealing a cooling-water channel of an electric-machine housing. The method includes the steps of: 1) seal the opened ends of the cooling-water channel using the sealing parts to form an S-shaped sealed cooling water channel inside the electric-machine housing; and 2) weld each of the sealing parts and the electric-machine-housing together by using the friction-stir-welding, in one single and complete single-welding-seam mode. The present disclosure utilizes the stirring head having a larger diameter to sufficiently stir-weld each of the sealing parts and the electric-machine housing all at once, i.e., welding in the single-welding-seam mode, so that the welding can be completed at one time, which, as compared with the conventional mode of double-welding-seam mode, has a higher operation efficiency, a better stability, and reduces welding duration by ½ to ⅓.

Abstract: An automatic transmission comprises a double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120) and a two stage transmission ordinary gear train. The gear shifting mechanism of the transmission is the double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120), which has double contrate teeth, namely, left contrate teeth and right contrate teeth. By the axial moving of the double-contrate-tooth combined fluted disc (120) on the transmission output shaft, its left contrate teeth and right contrate teeth respectively engage with the contrate teeth of the first gear and the second gear reduction gears, to realize the second shift position and the first shift position, and when it engages with neither of them, the transmission is in the neutral shift position. The left contrate teeth and the right contrate teeth are individually independent or integrally assembled structures. Compared with the traditional AMT, the transmission does not need a synchronizer; therefore, the structure is simple, the reliability is increased, the gear shift duration is shortened, the shifting shock is relatively small, the manufacturing cost is low, and it is easy to realize industrialization. The transmission has simple arrangement of gears, short axial dimension, small weight, and occupies small room, and meets the development trend of light weighting and fuel saving.

Abstract: A water cooling structure of a reducer and a reducer assembly are disclosed. The water cooling structure comprises a chamber formed by a reducer housing and a cover plate, and the cover plate is fixedly connected to the chamber. The chamber is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet respectively. The chamber is also provided with one or several partition plates on two opposite side walls. The partition plates are arranged in an interdigitating manner and each of the partition plates is connected with only one side wall of the chamber, and there is a gap between the partition plates and the opposite other side wall of the chamber, so as to form an S-shaped water path. The water inlet and water outlet are respectively disposed at both ends of the water path. A plurality of baffles are further vertically provided on the partition plates and side walls of the chamber that are parallel to the partition plates, and the baffles are arranged in an interdigitating manner. The water cooling structure disclosed in the present disclosure is integrated with the reducer housing into one part, and thus has a simple structure, saves space and is convenient to arrange on the vehicle. Moreover, the cooling efficiency is further improved by the above special structure.
