    Abstract: A bidirectional electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes first and second electromagnetic clutches arranged along positive and negative directions of the same axis. The two electromagnetic clutches are integrated in the same space and configured to independently engage and/or disengage at different ends of the bidirectional electromagnetic clutch. The working states of the bidirectional electromagnetic clutch include: the first electromagnetic clutch is engaged, and the second electromagnetic clutch is engaged; the first electromagnetic clutch is engaged, and the second electromagnetic clutch is disengaged; the first electromagnetic clutch is disengaged, and the second electromagnetic clutch is engaged; the first electromagnetic clutch is disengaged, and the second electromagnetic clutch is disengaged.

    Abstract: An inductive position sensor, comprising: a movable part which is a magnetic conductor; and an induction coil assembly adjacent to the movable part, wherein the induction coil assembly and the movable part form a magnetic circuit, the induction coil assembly has an input end for inputting a current and an output end for outputting a feedback current; the inductive position sensor is used to detect a position of the movable part based on a relationship between the feedback current and the input current. The inductive position sensor of the present disclosure has flexible and compact structural design, and can be adjusted and arranged according to different applications and structural spaces, so it is applicable to a wide range of environments. An electromagnetic clutch is also proposed.

    Abstract: A power shaft structure of an electric drive assembly is disclosed. The power shaft structure comprises a main shaft, a right end of the main shaft is located inside a motor and fixedly connected to a rotor of the motor, and a left end of the main shaft is located inside a reducer and fixedly connected to a driving gear and a parking gear of the reducer. At least one side of the driving gear is provided with an axially extending flange, and at least one side of the parking gear is provided with an axially extending flange. A bushing is provided between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the driving gear and the main shaft as well as between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the parking gear and the main shaft for radial positioning of the driving gear and the parking gear, so that the driving gear, the parking gear, and the main shaft are on the same axis, thereby improving the stability and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.

    Abstract: An electric drive gearbox assembly with stepped hole positioning is disclosed. Specifically, the electric drive gearbox assembly comprises a first housing, a second housing and a positioning pin. The first housing is provided with a first positioning hole on its connecting surface. The second housing is provided with a second positioning hole corresponding to the first positioning hole. The first housing and the second housing are positioned and connected through the first positioning hole, the second positioning hole and the positioning pin. The first positioning hole and/or the second positioning hole are stepped holes. The stepped hole comprises a guiding section close to an open end of the stepped hole and an engaging section far away from the open end of the stepped hole. An aperture of the guiding section is larger than an aperture of the engaging section. The guiding section is used to guide the positioning pin into the engaging section. In the electric drive gearbox assembly, the first housing can be pre-positioned when assembled with the second housing, and the first housing can be radially adjusted relative to the second housing during pre-positioning, so as to facilitate the positioning and assembly of the first housing and the second housing, and promote automated and batch assembly of the electric drive assembly.

    Abstract: A bistable electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part includes a yoke with a plurality of iron cores, and an electromagnetic coil on each of the iron cores. The second part includes a moving carrier disc and a magnetic conductive disc that is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc that is away from the yoke. Several magnets are fixed on the moving carrier disc, and the iron cores and the magnets are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils form a group, two electromagnetic coils in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electric-machine housing, which effectively solves the technical problem in the prior art that electric machines have high NVH level. The electric-machine housing is circumferentially provided with a plurality of axial tunnels, and the tunnels are empty or are filled with a damping medium. The structure in which the tunnels are empty or the tunnels are filled with the damping medium can weaken the excitation to the electric-machine housing by the stator vibration, increase the damping coefficient of the electric-machine housing, weaken the transfer paths of vibration and noise, and reduce the amplitude of electromagnetic force waves, thereby inhibiting vibration and noise, to effectively reduce the overall NVH level.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a stator assembly and motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core and a multi-branch rectangular conductor winding, an even number of stator slots are provided on an inner circumference of the stator core, and each of the stator slots is divided into multiple layers for accommodating rectangular conductors. The multi-branch rectangular conductor winding is provided in the stator slots, and the multi-branch rectangular conductor winding comprises B number of parallel branches, and B is an integer multiple of 4. The number of slots per phase per pole, Q, of the stator assembly is an odd number, and Q and B satisfy a relationship that both (Q+1)*2/B and (Q−1)*2/B are integers. In the stator assembly of the present disclosure, by way of the special winding connection design, there is no phase difference of magnetic fields between the parallel branches, and each parallel branch equally passes through each layer in the stator slots, which fundamentally inhibits the generation of circulating current between the parallel branches, suppresses the harmonics, and improves the efficiency of the motor.
