摘要: The present invention intends to provide an assay system using split luciferase that has a remarkably high detection sensitivity. In an embodiment, binding of mutually binding first and second proteins is detected by preparing a first fusion protein comprising the first protein fused with a peptide having the amino acid sequence of amino acid SEQ ID NO: 1 and a second fusion protein comprising the second protein fused with a peptide having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of amino acid SEQ ID NOS: 2 to 6, and allowing the first fusion protein to bind with the second fusion protein to form a complex, and detecting luminescence emitted from the complex.

摘要: An optical signal emitted from a semiconductor laser is converged by a lens and then received by a single uniaxial birefringent crystal having a C axis that is inclined at an angle other than 90 degrees against a laser optical axis to output an optical signal having a polarized wave component of constant intensity corresponding to the wavelength of the optical signal regardless of temperature changes. The optical signal has an ordinary ray vibrating in a direction perpendicular to a plane including both the C axis and the laser optical axis, and an extraordinary ray vibrating in a direction perpendicular to both the ordinary ray and the laser optical axis. A first main photo detector detects the intensity of a p-polarized component of the optical signal that has passed through a polarizer and a second photo detector directly receives the optical signal converged by the lens.

摘要: In a flow meter, a detective core (5) is slidably fitted in a cylindrical chamber (3a) in a main body (2), and a fluid is introduced at a predetermined angle from inflow passageways (17) into the interior of this detective core (5), the fluid introduced into the detective core (5) being discharged at a predetermined angle to the interior of the main body (2) through outflow passageways (13). A force generated by a variation in momentum of the fluid is applied to the detective core (5), and this force is detected by a device for measuring load (6) and thereby momentarily determines a mass flow rate of the fluid. Thus, a variation in momentum is generated in the fluid by the inflow passageways (17) and outflow passageways (13), and the force produced by the momentum variation is applied to the detective core (5), the force applied to the detective core (5) being detected by the device for measuring load (6). Accordingly, the mass flow rate of a cavitation-generating fluid and a bubble-containing fluid can be measured accurately without being influenced by variations in viscosity thereof resulting from variations in temperature.

摘要: An air conditioning system for a working vehicle includes an air conditioning unit which is disposed within an engine room below a seat in the cabin in order to increase the usable space within the cabin. The air conditioning unit includes an evaporator, a fan, and a heater core in series. The evaporator, fan, and heater core are configured so that the air flow path between the evaporator and the fan is substantially perpendicular to the air flow path between the fan and the heater core. An inlet port is provided on the air conditioning unit at one end. An outlet port is provided on the air conditioning unit at its other end adjacent the heater core. A duct having two additional outlet ports is connected adjacent the heater core of the air conditioning unit and extends to a front part of a cabin through under a floor. This improves the heating of the lower portions of the cabin and the defrosting of the front glass of the cabin.
