    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium for compressing channel state information (CSI). Under the method, a CSI matrix is decomposed, at a first device, into a first vector including a plurality of significant numbers extracted from the CSI matrix. A second vector is generated by multiplying the first vector with a linear operator. A length of the second vector is less than a length of the first vector. The second vector is sent from the first device to a second device along with a number of the plurality of significant numbers in the first vector. The method is implemented in software instructions, and when processing circuitry of the apparatus executes the software instructions, the processing circuitry of the apparatus performs the method. The software instructions are stored in the non-transitory computer-readable medium.

    Abstract: In one novel aspect, OFDM RS symbols are configured with zero-power RS occupying either all even subcarrier or all odd subcarriers and the non-zero-power RS occupy all or part of remaining subcarriers. In one embodiment, even component RS symbols and odd component RS symbols are alternatively inserted in data frames with frequency offsets. In one embodiment, the receiver performs a wireless sensing by sampling a final-half duration with phase preprocessing. In one novel aspect, the target distance and velocity are uniquely determined via estimating clustering-range rate during successive CPIs. In one embodiment, the UE performing successive sensing for multiple clusters based on the diamond-shaped RS configuration during N successive CPIs, and a range rate for each cluster, selects a cluster with velocity that matches the calculated range rate, and determines a target distance and velocity based on the selected cluster.

    Abstract: A negative charge pump (NCP) with high reliability is shown. A first capacitor is coupled between the power terminal and the ground terminal while in the first state and disconnected from the power terminal and the ground terminal while in the second state.     Abstract: A push-start crystal oscillator (XO), an associated electronic device and a push-start method for performing a start-up procedure of an XO are provided. The push-start XO includes an inverting amplifier and a push-start logic control circuit, wherein the inverting amplifier is coupled to a crystal load. The inverting amplifier generates a first XO signal and a second XO signal. The push-start logic control circuit receives a feedback clock from a phase locked loop (PLL), and generates a phase control clock according to the feedback clock, wherein a push phase and a settle phase are specified by the phase control clock. During the settle phase, the PLL calibrates a frequency of the feedback clock according to the second XO signal. During the push phase, the feedback clock is transmitted to the inverting amplifier in order to increase the amplitude of the first XO signal.
