摘要： An integrated electronic medical records and health care management system includes a managing application for receiving and storing member data associated with at least one member of a health plan. A risk assessment application coupled to the managing application generates a level of care for the member based upon the member data. A member safety knowledge database stores medication interaction data, and a clinical protocols knowledge database stores treatment data relating to the treatment of a plurality of health-related conditions. The managing application generates a plan of care for the member based upon the member data and member's level of care, the medication interaction data, and the treatment data. The managing application also monitors implementation of the member's plan of care and updates the plan of care based upon the implementation of the member's plan of care. The managing application may further generate coverage data indicating whether costs associated with a health-related service selected for the member are covered by the member's health insurance policy. The system may also include remote access server for enabling communication between the managing application and one or more remote terminals to enable automatic updating of data stored in the managing application and data collected and stored by the remote terminals.

摘要： An injection molded storage container is provided which is formed with three covers or walls and a spine for storing magnetic media and documentation. Two living hinges on either side of the spine are connected to the edges of the first wall and the second wall, respectively. Two sets of opposed sidewalls, molded to and perpendicular from the first wall, are connected to form a recess for holding documentation. A third wall is hinged to the top of the opposed sidewall which is parallel to and furthest from the spine. The third wall is sized to fit within the first set of opposed sidewalls. The inner surfaces of the first wall, third wall and opposed sidewalls form an interior enclosure. Vinyl pages for holding magnetic media are attached to the inner surface of the second wall. The second wall and spine fold over the interior enclosure.

摘要： Provided herein are processes for recovering molybdenum and/or other value metals (e.g., uranium) present in aqueous solutions from a large range of concentrations: from ppm to grams per liter via a solvent extraction process by extracting the molybdenum and/or other value metal from the aqueous solution by contacting it with an organic phase solution containing a phosphinic acid, stripping the molybdenum and/or other value metal from the organic phase solution by contacting it with an aqueous phase strip solution containing an inorganic compound and having a ≦1.0 M concentration of free ammonia, and recovering the molybdenum and/or other value metal by separating it from the aqueous phase strip solution. When the molybdenum and/or other value metal are present only in low concentration, the processes can include an organic phase recycle step and/or an aqueous phase strip recycle step in order to concentrate the metal prior to recover.

摘要： An inkjet printer includes a controller configured to operate the printer in a gel maintenance cycle to clean residual ink and other material from an image receiving member in the printer to maintain image quality in the printer. The controller operates the image receiving member and a drum maintenance unit in the printer to flood the image receiving member with release agent that is removed from the member by wipers in the drum maintenance unit. The removed release agent is removed from a sump, filtered, and returned to an applicator for use in printing operations.

The reservoir includes a bottle, an end cap, and a float sensor. The float sensor has a buoyant member that is pivotably coupled to a proboscis extending from the end cap into the bottle and movement of the buoyant member enables detection of the release agent in the bottle reaching a predetermined level.
