摘要: A magnetic sensor device for generating a logic output in accordance with a magnetic field intensity applied to a magnetoelectric conversion element includes: a comparator for inputting amplified output signals of the magnetoelectric conversion element, and outputting a comparison result; and a logic circuit for performing arithmetic processing on an output signal of the comparator. Only when the logic output is changed by a change in the magnetic field intensity, the logic circuit performs successive matching determination of logic outputs a plurality of times. Thus, the variation in determination for detection or canceling of a magnetic field intensity, which is caused by noise generated from respective constituent elements included in the magnetic sensor device and external noise, may be reduced while suppressing electric power consumption.

摘要: Provided is a sensor circuit that is small in circuit scale, but is capable of temperature compensation. A reference voltage circuit (BL1) which compensates a temperature includes only a voltage divider circuit, and hence the sensor circuit is small in circuit scale. The sensor circuit is also capable of temperature compensation because temperature changes of a reference voltage (VTH1) and a reference voltage (VTH2) match a temperature change of an output signal (OUTA) of an amplifier circuit (AMP1) which is caused by a temperature change of an output signal of a Hall element (HAL1).

摘要: To provide a variable voltage dividing circuit capable of changing voltage values of a detection point and a release point along with a change in power supply voltage without changing a hysteresis width. The variable voltage dividing circuit according to the present invention includes: a voltage dividing unit which includes a resistor string formed of a plurality of resistors connected in series, and outputs divided voltages divided at connection points of the plurality of resistors, one end of the resistor string being applied with a first voltage, another end thereof being applied with a second voltage; a first constant current source connected to a first connection point of the resistor string; and a second constant current source connected to a second connection point located symmetrically to the first connection point with respect to a center of the resistor string in the resistor string, in which, in accordance with a voltage difference between the first voltage and the second voltage, any one of the first constant current source and the second constant current source subtracts a first adjustment current from a current flowing through the resistor string, and another thereof feeds a second adjustment current to the resistor string.

摘要: Provided is a chopper amplifier circuit capable of reducing an offset voltage of a sensor bridge and temperature characteristics of the offset voltage. An offset adjusting voltage generation circuit for generating a voltage equal to an offset voltage of a sensor bridge and an offset temperature characteristics adjusting voltage generation circuit for generating a voltage having temperature characteristics equal to those of the offset voltage are provided. These output voltages are chopper-modulated and subtracted from a chopper-modulated output signal of the sensor bridge.
