摘要: A panel of a vehicle may be provided with or configured to provide interactive skin. The interactive skin may be configured for accepting touch input from a user. The interactive skin may include one or more flexible layers and may include or be mounted under a transparent display cover layer such as a layer of clear glass or plastic. Interactive skin may include a touch-sensitive layer that allows a user to provide touch input to the panel of the vehicle. Display pixels on interactive skin may be used to display visual information to the user. The interactive skin may be configured for detecting a condition of at least one panel and generating an output function in response to the detected condition.

摘要: Device and method for an interactive skin device for monitoring physical parameters of a body of a living thing. The interactive skin device may be positioned in or proximate to the skin of the living thing. The interactive skin device may monitor at least one physical parameter generated by an implanted medical device. The interactive device may include a flexible display layer, a cover layer, and a control circuit. The control circuit may be configured to control operation of the flexible display layer. The interactive skin device may trigger an alert when the at least one monitored physical parameter deviates from a predetermined threshold. The implanted medical device may be electrically connected to the interactive skin device by wireless, wired, optical, or combination electrical circuitry. In one embodiment, one or more ECG acquisition devices implanted into a human provide ECG data to an interactive skin device or external computing device.

The “dead zones” where the wireless device may be disabled illustratively may include a speeding zone, a hospital zone, a movie theater zone and a church zone.

摘要: A firearm is provided with an electronic control system which monitors and controls the firearm. The electronic control system is coupled to a lower level system which may be one or more parts employed in the discharge of a firearm; or an assemblage of parts that configure the firearm into an armed or disarmed state of operation. Image data on a target, firearm system status data, and/or other data may be detected by sensors or collected, under the direction of and processed by the electronic control system. The electronic control system provides control signals to a firearm subsystem adapted to the lower level system to in response to a detected condition to allow operation of the lower level system to operate the firearm. A touch-sensitive screen may allow a firearm operator and an arm/disarm control interface may allow a remote operator or service to monitor and control the firearm.

摘要: Work flows are modeled as a graph of interdependent tasks to be performed. The tasks to be performed are set by a task file module configured to enable interactions between tasks and including modules for event viewing, protocol assistance, smart messaging, smart indices, reference material lookup. A decision support manager module is configured to construct data and model profiles for storage in a data and model profile bank, events for storage in a decision support events bank, and protocols for storage in a decision support protocol bank. Configuration files are provided to specify a configuration for execution of one of the tasks. Data entered through a user interface or from a network via a wireless or wired communication module may define task files in the task files module, configuration files in the configuration files module, as well as data, events, and protocols to be used for a defibrillation procedure. A decision support manager module is configured to construct a dependency graph of tasks as specified in at least one of the configuration files and to execute the dependency graph.

摘要: A patent strategy game includes a plurality of industrial sector spaces defined by one or more technology sector spaces comprising one or two industrial sector spaces. A plurality of product markers are placed on technology spaces during play of the game. Intellectual property markers obtained on predetermined conditions are placed on the technology spaces to create intellectual property rights on the technology spaces. A resolution mechanism is provided for resolving intellectual property right disputes between players arising from a movement of product markers into a technology space having intellectual property rights of another player. The player at the end of the game whose market value from all product markers and intellectual property markers on the game board is the greatest is the winner of the game.

摘要: So as to prevent accidental needle contacts when a syringe device is not being used, I have devised a syringe device in which I have made a movable shield member, integral with a syringe member of said device, to be movably interconnected with the syringe member for movement between a first position for shielding a needle member of said device and a second position for exposing the needle member, I have provided means for manually moving the shield member from the first to the second position, and I have disposed between the shield member and the syringe member, spring means for normally biasing the shield member in the shielding position when the syringe device is not being used.
