摘要: An electric motor controller for a vehicle has a voltage detecting section for detecting the voltage of a filter capacitor inserted on a direct current side of an inverter device including a semiconductor element for large electric power; an electric current detecting section for detecting an output electric current of the inverter device; and a temperature detecting section arranged in a cooling means of the semiconductor element for large electric power. Loss generated by a switching operation of the semiconductor element for large electric power is sequentially calculated by outputs of the detecting sections. Excessive temperature is detected when junction temperature of the large electric power semiconductor element calculated by this loss reaches an allowable temperature.

摘要: An organic electroluminescent element having at least an anode, a cathode, and a light-emitting layer held between the anode and the cathode on a substrate and emitting white light. The light-emitting layer consists of three or less layers, the light-emitting material contained entirely in the light-emitting layer consists of at least four kinds of light-emitting material having different emission maximum wavelengths (λmax). The four kinds of light emitting material have emission colors of blue, green, yellow red and red, and since one or more layers out of the three or less layers of the light-emitting layer contain two or more kinds of light-emitting material simultaneously, there is obtained an organic electroluminescent element excellent in color rendering and exhibiting high power efficiency in which variation in emission color is small even if current density varies.

摘要: To provide a work machine in which traveling devices and an implement device can be operated by common operating levers, wherein switching operation is easy and a changeover is easily confirmed. Inside a cab of the work machine, there are provided travel pedals, with which the traveling devices can be operated, and operating levers, with which the traveling devices and the implement device can be operated. A changeover switch is provided on a console positioned in the vicinity of one side of an operating sheet. The changeover switch switches over between a traveling mode, in which traveling operation is possible by the operating levers, and a work mode, in which implement operation is possible by the operating levers. The work machine has a controller which makes it possible to work by the operating levers when the travel pedal is not stepped on in the case where the work mode or traveling mode is selected by the changeover switch, and makes it possible to travel by the operating levers only when the travel pedal is stepped on in the case where the traveling mode is selected by the changeover switch.

摘要: A stepping motor driving system includes: a stepping motor that rotates at a predetermined angle according to a driving pulse signal, a vibration detector that detects vibration to output a vibration signal, and a stepping motor control unit that controls the driving pulse signal, which is applied to the stepping motor, to rotate the stepping motor at the predetermined angle. The driving pulse signal includes a start-up current which is required for rotating the stepping motor at a unit angle and a holding current which maintains a rotational angle of the stepping motor rotated by the start-up current. The stepping motor control unit changes the level of the holding current according to the vibration signal which is outputted from the vibration detector.
