摘要: A cab in a construction machine, the cab including frame members including a hollow first frame member connected to a second frame member in order to form a corner portion, the first frame member including a pass-through portion formed at a first side surface portion of the first frame member; a reinforcing member that is installed at the corner portion, wherein at least one of two sides of the reinforcing member passes through the pass-through portion and abuts against an inner surface of a second side surface portion of the first frame member that is at an opposite side of the first side surface portion; and a reinforcing plate that abuts against an outer surface of the second side surface portion, wherein the at least one of two sides of the reinforcing member is supported and reinforced by the reinforcing plate.

摘要: In adjustment of the height of a console in a construction machine, an apparatus for adjusting the height of the console can adjust the height with ease without largely shifting the position of an operation lever in the front-rear direction.The apparatus includes a supporting element 1, being arranged on the side of the driver's seat and extending in the direction from the front to the rear of the driver's seat, that upwardly supports the console; an axis element 2, horizontally extending in the direction between the right side and the left side of the driver's seat, being supported rotatably with respect to the driver's seat; a first supporting axis 7, being engaged with the driver's seat, that supports a first end of the supporting element 1 such that the first end of the supporting element 1 slides in the direction from the front to the rear of the driver's seat and pivots around the first supporting axis 7; a swinging element 4 having a first end which is engaged with the axis element 2 and which is pivotable around the center axis of the axis element 2; and a second supporting axis 8, being engaged with a second end of the swinging element 4, around which a second end of the supporting element 1 pivots.

摘要: To provide a work machine in which traveling devices and an implement device can be operated by common operating levers, wherein switching operation is easy and a changeover is easily confirmed. Inside a cab of the work machine, there are provided travel pedals, with which the traveling devices can be operated, and operating levers, with which the traveling devices and the implement device can be operated. A changeover switch is provided on a console positioned in the vicinity of one side of an operating sheet. The changeover switch switches over between a traveling mode, in which traveling operation is possible by the operating levers, and a work mode, in which implement operation is possible by the operating levers. The work machine has a controller which makes it possible to work by the operating levers when the travel pedal is not stepped on in the case where the work mode or traveling mode is selected by the changeover switch, and makes it possible to travel by the operating levers only when the travel pedal is stepped on in the case where the traveling mode is selected by the changeover switch.

摘要: A console upturnably provided adjacent to an access area for gaining access to a seat installed in a work machine is provided with a release lever, to disengage a console securing locking portion and enabling the console to be upturned. The console has a hydraulic locking lever. Shifting the hydraulic locking lever to an opening position unblocks the access area, and performs a locking function to disable operation of the work machine; shifting the hydraulic locking lever to a blocking position to block the access area performs an unlocking function, thereby enabling operation of the work machine. Provided in relation to the release lever is a lever operation restraining mechanism that disengages the release lever and enables the console to be upturned when the hydraulic locking lever is in the opening position, and prevent upturning operation when the hydraulic locking lever is in the blocking position.

摘要: A shutter type guard apparatus composed of a movable guard member which can be opened and closed for covering the window portion of the cab of a piece of machinery. The guard member is structured so that it can be closed to an intermediately opened position where it is easily operated. An auxiliary closing device includes a cable winding device for winding the first cable, a travelling unit coupled between the first cable and a second cable, an auxiliary guide rail in which the travelling unit and the first and second cables are guided for movement, and a pull handle coupled to the second cable. The auxiliary guide member is at one of a pair of left and right guide rails, for guiding the movable guard member. The pull handle is disposed at an intermediate position, in the vertical direction of the guide rail, and by pulling the pull handle downward, the guard member is forcibly closed to an intermediately opened/closed position where it can be easily reached and further closed by hand by an operator.

摘要: An operation prohibiting apparatus for construction equipment of improved controllability. A cutoff bar is positioned is a first position in which the cutoff bar protrudes across the entryway to an operator cab of the construction equipment. The cutoff bar is operationally linked with a locking mechanism for a hydraulic valve system of the construction equipment so that an operating mechanism for the system is unlocked when the cutoff bar is positioned in the first protruding position. A displacement enlarging mechanism is provided between an operating knob and the cutoff bar to facilitate manual positioning of the cutoff bar. Further, the cutoff bar is provided with flexibility to prevent possible damage to the cutoff bar.
