A leading edge and a trailing edge of the airfoil section extend between a chord line of the airfoil. A sweep angle is defined at the leading edge of the airfoil section, and a dihedral angle is defined relative to the chord line of the airfoil section. The sweep angle and the dihedral angle are localized at the tip region of the airfoil section.

    摘要: A test system for overclocking capability of a central processing unit (CPU) includes a basic input and output system (BIOS), a frequency generator, and a watchdog timer. The BIOS includes an input module, a watchdog control module, and a frequency increasing module. The input module inputs an initial frequency of a CPU to the frequency generator to adjust a real-time frequency of the CPU. The watchdog control module sends a counter signal to the watchdog timer in a preset time interval. The watchdog timer receives the counter signal. If the watchdog timer does not receive the counter signal within the preset time, the watchdog timer outputs a reset signal to restart the computer. The frequency increasing module adds a preset increment to the real-time frequency to obtain a newly adjusted frequency, and provides the newly adjusted frequency to the frequency generator to adjust the real-time frequency.

    摘要: The present disclosure encompasses methods of diagnosing the presence of a cancer, and particularly a cancer of prostate or breast tissue, in a human subject, predicting the outcome or severity of the disease and methods of reversing the prostate cell transformation based on the presence or absence in the human subject of a dinucleotide (TT) deletion in the gene encoding the U50 snoRNA. Provided, therefore, are methods of identifying a genetic marker of a human subject indicating a cancerous tissue in the human subject, embodiments of the methods comprising: determining from an isolated nucleic acid sample the genotype of the human subject with respect to a locus encoding a snoRNA U50, where a mutation within the nucleotide sequence encoding a snoRNA U50, when compared with a wild-type nucleotide sequence encoding a snoRNA U50, identifies in the human subject a genetic marker associated with a cancer in the human subject. The cancer may be, but is not necessarily limited to, a prostate cancer or a breast cancer.

    摘要: A deoiler 26 for separating oil from air contaminated with the oil has at least one separator for separating the oil from the air and also has a source of suction for reducing air pressure at the source of the air. In an exemplary embodiment, the deoiler 26 creates the suction at a first operating condition, but acts as a restrictor at a second operating condition. A deoiling method according to the invention creates suction at a first operating condition to reduce the air pressure at the source of the oil-contaminated air, establishes a flow restriction at a second operating condition to pressurize the air source, and encourages oil to separate from the air at both operating conditions. When used as a component of a turbine engine lubrication system 22, the source of contaminated air may be a buffered bearing compartment 16. The inventive deoiler ensures a positive pressure difference across the bearing compartment seals 20 at the engine's idle power setting without requiring the idle setting to be undesirably high, and without requiring the use of buffer air whose pressure at higher engine power is high enough to be detrimental. In an exemplary embodiment, the deoiler pressurizes the bearing compartment at higher power settings to resist excessive buffer air infiltration into the bearing compartment.
